We live in a liars paradise. You present a fact. A verifiable fact. These crooked disingenuous people reply. "That's your interpretation". Then rather than show honesty and integrity. They threatened you by claiming your dissatisfaction with their performance is aggression. So why does it matter? Because their testimony will be believed in court as that of an expert witness. ALWAYS ask a pcso for their designation card. Any offence you may have committed could be null and void even if a proper pc turns up. We the public are entitled to hold it read it but must hand it back. A pcso is contractually obliged to hand it over under their own police policy. A pcso is NOT an acting psco without their designation card. A designation card lists the powers they have been designated with by a senior officer.
