Price to take classes👍👍 including wild eatable food. Too bad I would come back to take few more classes , my working hrs is not good. But people out there this outdoor classes I recommend for you all. You meet awesome people Including teachers. For your are the best, one day I will talk to you. Stay save and sound😊🙂😉👍👍❤❤❤❤💐💐💐🙏🙏🙏
I found a field of these a bit ago in Alaska, it’s a bigger field but it’s close to a road and a parking lot (the latter is a dirt one and it’s maybe a hundred feet or so away) is this a safe place to harvest from?
The key is to harvest them and cook them right away. Fry in a dry pan on high to get a firmer texture, adding butter or oil just makes them slippery:) Or sautee them and add them to an omelet, then texture doesn't matter as much
Yes I always cook mine with eggs but they need to be cooked as soon as you get home. Make sure to add seasoning like garlic and onion and salt and pepper. But one thing to keep in mind that you don't want to drink alcohol that day. There is a known bad reaction With this mushroom and alcohol!

They do tend to grow near streets on grass. Mushrooms tend to absorb toxins easily so if its a dirt road (doesnt funnel the run off to the side of the road) with not much traffic I might chance it but its totally up to you. It also depends on the amount you’re going to eat.
