It's kinda funny because in the visual novel this fight ends in the opposite way: it is Saber's (semi) NP attack that gets shrugged off without much trouble, but then when it's Archer's turn to NP him, Berserker has to turn around and deflect the arrow rather than outright tanking like he did with Saber's, seeing it as a serious threat that needed to be addressed.
This was meant to establish Archer's threat level, and the reason why Illya backs off from the fight not wanting to face both Saber+Archer at once.
In the anime for some reason they inverse this, with Saber's NP attack being the one taking one of his lives, but Archer's not dealing any actual damage. Weird.
