Are you still.alive? I hope so.
I have COPD and I know I'll require a double lung transplant one day. Please let me know if you're still alive. I'd love to talk to someone who's lived a long time after transplantation.
Very nice
Thanks for the video 👍💝🙏
I am waiting to be approved to be listed for a double lung transplant at Shands.
hi , are you ok now i wish you are ok now may God protect you
How long should a patient stay in the Intensive Care Unit???
Is it common to go on dialysis after having lung transplant? My dad just had his and he was put on dialysis because his creanintine levels were rising.
People react differently. I can tell you the amount of prednisone they gave me about destroyed my kidneys. I didn’t know prednisone caused this or I would have had my kidney function monitored more closely. They told me I would probably have to go on dialysis but I did a lot of homeopathic remedies and got my function back up to 31%. I’ve lived without dialysis now for 12 years
What will be the cost of lung transplant.
This man is lucky....most people don't make it.....some people die in the surgery or after....
The percentage of survival is higher than you would imagine. I along with a friend I made at the hospital have been alive for 12 years
I had my transplant and bypass done Sept 22 in Philly. 4 months after my surgery I got Covid. That really set me back to the beginning. Honestly I would go through Lung transplant surgery again before I would want to get covid. I have never in my life been that sick.
@@sweetwilliam49 How are things going. How would you say your lungs are holding up. Glad to hear yours worked out good.
