Thank you again for a great video. Seems to be a few ellies in the area. Always great bird sightings, new ones to us. When we were at Muweti, the habit was, see an elephant have an Amarula🐘🥃😉
A lot of the current maintenance and upgrades at Mkuze are thanks to the work of honorary rangers. The derelict building was the old gatehouse. The camp was only recently reopen in 2022 so that's probably why it was so empty.
This is by far my favourite naturalist vlogging channel at the moment. Just finished watching your 20-day Kruger trip, it was brilliant! This channel will eventually explode, it's inevitable. God bless you both!
Great footage and content. You might consider flashing images at the end of your video of the birds you added to your personal birding list. I really enjoy the cuckoo footage and the kingfisher showing off for you.
Really happy I stumbled upon your channel. Keep up the good work! Love KZN. Mkuze is a gem for birding. Another gem in KZN is the wilderness town of St. Lucia. There you're surrounded by a beautiful river, beach as well as forests. Loads of birding opportunities there. It's also bordered by the Isimangaliso Wetland Park Cape Vidal (Eastern Shores) as well as Western Shores. Same management as Mkuze. Scenes are stunning and truly nice to relax. All game can be viewed in these parks except for lions. But St. Lucia is just an hour away from the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi game reserve which is very popular for big 5. It's got everything. 😁

Love love love. Check your Lesser Masked Weaver. IT may be an African Golden Weaver. We are definitely going there in December.
Love your videos guys! Thank you for the vid! The broad billed roler sighting was awesome! Potty about that poepol chasing the ellies off of the road.
A bad day in the bush beats a good day in the office.
Great day
Hi 😊
The vultures at 13:18 all look like wb vultures to me. May I ask what makes you think they are cape? Maybe I’m missing something
Agree, they are WB
Has the pool been fixed ?.
Those rangers have no respect for the elephants 😠
Where are the tourists..??
In the Kruger. KZN is a wilderness Gem because all people chasing after big 5 end up in the Kruger. The peacefulness of KZN is uncontested.
