Great work and clean install. How come you didn’t use nitrogen when you were brazen? I would have put a inline safety switch in the primary also. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your videos and I’m leaning tips and trick from you too, thank you.
sorry to be off topic but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an Instagram account..? I stupidly lost my login password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
Just watched the video and felt compelled to comment I’ve been in the HVAC and Market refrigeration field for 15 years and I can honestly say I’ve never seen someone take such pride in this trade, your craftsmanship and attention to detail is something that really is something to admire. Keep up the good work!
I just used this for a 403lb rheem gas pack. Worked like a charm over rough clumpy grass and pine straw. Even just making subtle shifts was easy. Excellent idea.
Dude I think that was the cleanest jobs I have ever seen. I’m a new licensed HVAC contractor here in California, and doing all the work as clean as it was by yourself is inspiring!
My favorite thing was after you connected the pipe on the return you took a few steps back to look at it. I tell every appreciate to do the same. The eye don’t lie. Nice clean solo install sir.
I know nothing about HVAC, but what I do know is that I see a really conscientious, meticulous young man doing a fantastic job installing that system. You would be welcome in my home anytime, and I hope you really make a lot of $$$ in that industry, you deserve to be very successful in your field. A new subscriber here!!
Very refreshing to see your natural skill and attention to detail. Having had some of the worst quality HVAC work done at my own home has lead me to look to real pros like you to restore my faith in the craft of HVAC. They should use your videos when training new HVAC techs. I don't think the average person realizes how many different skills are required to perform your craft.
Man that’s the cleanest install I’ve ever seen in my life ! All I can say is WOW! I’ve been an installer /tech for 15 years and I thought I did good work but after seeing this video, I gotta step my game up. You take pride in your work and it shows. Keep up the awesome work and keep them videos coming bro.
I like the excellent work you do and how you clean up work area as you go along; my only objection is the very loud volume of the music; I had to pull my headphones away to prevent ear damage; I'm 85 years old.
I've been out of school and on the job in Nashville for a month and a half. With a service guy 3 weeks, and starting my 6th week on install. I can't believe how clean that is. That's perfection. A lot of hard work and craftsmanship. I only hope to be half as good as you. Superb job man!
I'm not an HVAC tech. But as a consumer that install looks extremely clean. Everything's neat and tidy You don't have wires hanging all over the place or extra copper lines dangling in places. I also think I noticed the Nashville skyline in the background there. Love that place.
Good clean install The only thing we have to do different down here is insulate the main drain line with each 1-1/8 x 1/2 tubing insulation through the P-Trap and over to the drain line connection or about 18 ft if it's in an attic but that's just our area South Texas. Also because of the type of soil we have down here after we level the ground take a dry sack of kwikset concrete down on the ground before your pad on top, You don't have to water it in the moisture in the ground soaks up into the concrete this keeps it stable over time in our area the condenser happens to sink on side or the other making the condensing unit crooked this process fixes the tilted condenser. I learned that from a guy who sets giant water tanks. Excellent job like all those toys you have.
Great job! As a home inspector it's really nice to see a perfect install like this...seeing the secondary overflow pipe done correctly is so refreshing (lately I've been seeing a lot of installs completely missing them). Again, you did everything perfectly. You're the man.
All I can say is ,WOW! That's a nice professional looking install! I'm currently taking bids from hvac contractors to do an install in my home. You, sir, have made this task harder for me as the two that I've received so far .Their photos of their past installs look nothing like this! I feel now that I'm going to have to go with the second best. Lol! You're an asset to your trade, sir! Great job! 👍
Amazing craftsmanship. Linesets looked incredible. As others have pointed out though, Goodman outdoor units have a filter drier installed from factory inside the condensing unit , so the drier at the indoor unit was not necessary. I don’t see it causing any problems when running , but that’s still not advised to have two on a single circuit .
Nice job. I work for myself and by myself most of the time. I have recently teamed up with another solo contractor and we help each out on installs. Saves my back.
I will follow everybody else and agree that you did a fantastic job here. And it looks like all in one day? Impressive. And on top of that, you managed to film it all, and then take more time to edit it for us. Kudos to you, great work!
man i love the videos bro! i’m 19 years old and i just started doing HVAC last year .. your videos are very informative and i look forward to watching them everyday ! tks man , keep it up
My comment is that the work you do is almost impossible for me to do at this moment. I'm starting my 3rd month at Florida Tech DeLand, Florida for HVAC. I enjoy your videos. In time I will learn to do the same. Thank you.
I'm about to start an HVAC program I love watching this guy! I hope I can get this good one day. By the way I'm starting late I'm 30 😅. I was in the army for 7 years and figured this would be an awesome career so I wouldn't be stuck in a factory. And eventually work independently as you do 👍 anyway thanks man.
Wow, you are really a good job and neat, clean from start to finish. I can't believe that you made the metal sheet 90 degrees like a curve for an air return to the furnace. Well done job.
Very clean. Great job. What would be great is to make a video on where you can get some of these skillsets ( welding) etc and also introduction to tools ( copper bending, copper cutting, pump types, how to charge refrigerant into the system etc). Would be useful for a newbie.
this was very satisfying for me to watch. having been in the trade for 8 months and having seen so much hacker work, I appreciated how clean and ordered this entire install was.
Madd props on your pride of craftsmanship. Beautiful install bud loving the channel. My name is Greg I am in my fourth term of HVAC school at Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque can't wait to graduate this year in May and get into the field and put my skill sets to use in everyday real-world experiences.
Nice job i like the Goodman brand i like your style got me thinking I'm a business man to I do mostly scare ducks. I like the round pipes takes less space in the truck. From Canada Quebec. You got my vote for the work you do!
Great video. My 2013 American standard compressor went out. My thinking is to have the whole outside unit replaced not just the compressor. We only purchased the house 90 days ago. It passed inspection just fine. I just wanted to see the process. You are very talented.
Amazing install. Don't think anyone would do a clean install like that our here. Question below: Speaking of installs, 10 years ago we had a Bryant 4-Ton Scroll, 15 SEER Heat Pump installed. It's a model 265A. We never used the Heat Pump side, only AC. It cools really well. Our FAG Furnace ignitor failed so I switched to Heat Pump. The outside air was 45 degrees and the ducts were putting out 82 degree air, inlet around 70. We found the #67 metering piston taped to the electrical cover of the outdoor unit. Looked at our old paperwork and they noted - "Removed Piston from Condensor, not required for AC". But this IS a Heat Pump. The indoor matched coil has a TXV but no TXV outside. Could not having the Piston installed be causing mediocre Heat Pump performance? The Company that installed it is no longer in business. Sadly, the Owner got Brain Cancer. :-( Thanks!
I really like your use of ample sealant. It's on our list of 'don't skimp on this' items we give our new people. Number one being 'how do you know fer sur, fer sure that the power you think you flipped to off stays off? I've handled more the plumbing side of the family business, but that one is the scariest on-site avoidable risk my brothers and I have dealt with.
Great work man. I mean it! 😊👍 Got Lots of talent. And great part is you take LOT of pride in your work, yet your very humble. God Bless you and your family'
It's amazing how most people do a "clean" installation when on camera:). I hope you do the same when not being filmed. Overall a very tidy installation. Personally I would had change the return to a rectangle duct so I can terminate on the handler below the filter. The round return you put in place comes partially above the air handler's filter. Also on the vacuum process, regardless if its a new system with a new lineset you need to purge it and make sure you do a decay test. Yes its all new but don't forget you opened the system to make the connections. Air and humidity is in your lineset and possibly oxidization if you didn't flow nitrogen during brazing (it wasn't clear on your video). Despite all my picky comments its a NICE install and I wish there were more servicemen out there to do similar installs instead of "bothering" installs destined to fail the next season.
The Work is CLEAN from Start to Finish. Excellent workmanship. That's how it's done brotha.
Thank you! I really appreciate it!
Great work and clean install. How come you didn’t use nitrogen when you were brazen? I would have put a inline safety switch in the primary also. Keep up the good work. I enjoy your videos and I’m leaning tips and trick from you too, thank you.

Yea he really does. I've been a union and jon-union plumber for many years and this dude really does love it.
Strong work man! Sad to say this craftsmanship and work ethic is rare these days in the trades.
So clean, I watch this to feel better before I goto work and watch how NOT to do it. Thank you for my pre-work zen.
The one thing that impressed me the most is you clean up before you work and after you work. Cool
Your the man buddy. Finally, someone that cares about doing a good quality job that also looks good. Thank you!
I just used this for a 403lb rheem gas pack. Worked like a charm over rough clumpy grass and pine straw. Even just making subtle shifts was easy. Excellent idea.
Im an installer for almost 2 years great install brother set the bar high!

The work is very nice. All symmetrical and clean. I’ve never done this work before, but I can tell you do everything right with with a lot of details.

Wow, this was so much better than all the hacks out there doing it sloppy.. Thanks!
Im a HVAC contractor who just starting following you and im very impressed by your craftsmanship. Very clean and professional.
As a tech with 16 years service experience it’s my goal to be able do such a clean equipment installation
Man that’s the cleanest install I’ve ever seen in my life ! All I can say is WOW! Thx man! I appreciate you saying that.

Got an install tomorrow, gonna stop by home depot to get a copper bender to make my line set look good like you did. Awesome work.

Super CLEAN!!! Man that's a one man work also 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
First let me say I liked your video! I'm trying to do my homework before we get a new heat pump unit installed. Your video was the most informative.
Those hockey pucks are good for finding Frostie the Evap ☃️ as well. That job looked clean I like the little leaf blower the little details add up.
Proud to have you in our industry!
I love a man who takes pride in his work, great job bro keep it up. Teaching these trade newbies best practices.

I recently just got my HVAC license
Very professional job. I am an apprentice and I really enjoy and learn from your videos.

Attention to detail can go a long way. Very clean.🤙
Wow, you are really a good job and neat, clean from start to finish. I can't believe that you made the metal sheet 90 degrees like a curve for an air return to the furnace. Well done job.
Those old hp26/hs26 Lennox units were great, a lot of them are still going strong in my service area. A big company put loads on them in in the 90s.
You did a perfect job ! I really like to learn on how to work on the sheet metals..
Love your videos and craftsmanship
Very clean. Great job. What would be great is to make a video on where you can get some of these skillsets ( welding) etc and also introduction to tools ( copper bending, copper cutting, pump types, how to charge refrigerant into the system etc). Would be useful for a newbie.
