I have half a mind to reverse image search those images from the storefront because I legit think this is a very classic scam. She should have stipulated her terms and conditions and let you know what she was going to create, as well as asked for direct inspo images to follow so you and her were both on the same page rather than risking it and just creating off the cuff. I'm a wedding florist, I make sure I have all bases covered and make sure the client knows my style, if the client asks for flowers that aren't in line with my style, then I don't take the booking. I even ask if they want photos of the flowers the evening before to make sure they're in love with the flowers before delivery, that way I have time to ake changes if need be (hasn't happened yet) however I am a perfectionist and worry wart 😅🤣 Note: she wasn't gaslighting you, she had a point. However, glad she gave you a refund and you were able to move forward ❤❤

I even ask if they want photos of the flowers the evening before to make sure they're in love with the flowers before delivery, that way I have time to ake changes if need be (hasn't happened yet) however I am a perfectionist and worry wart 😅🤣
