Well, I am from belgium 😉 and i guess the same région as you do. Riding almost 30y with motorcy, lost counting how much bikes I've had bit the last years I just use the motorcycle for riding around town in my free time. The prices of these CF Moto are really stunning. Almost unreal. Certainly this moment as I am writing this......I don't question the quality. In fact I believe (I went to the CF moto dealer) that the quality is at the same level as Kawasaki and for example Royal Enfield......there's nothing wrong with the build quality but as you mentioned.....that doesn't matter....I am afraid if I buy one and i want to sell it, I will loos more money than selling a famous Japanese brand. The name on the tank is everything......same with cars. I've had Dacia and BMW and Mercedes. And to be honest.....the Dacia never let me down and had some issues with the BMW and Mercedes but you pay for the name. People think you buy for quality but that is an illusion. Certainly on products that are mentioned to be for everybody. If you can afford a Bugatti, or other hand made car or bike. The quality should be 10 steps higher. But even than, you pay for the fact that it is handmade and built in limited edition series. So that makes it more expensive. A BMW R1300GS won't cost that much more in production cost than, for example the yamaha Tracer....it is just the name you pay for. And the Truth is, People pay for a name. My humble opinion.......if they blindfolded us or take away the name on the tank and ask us if it was a good or bad bike. If you don't know for example how a Kawasaki or KTM is built You would have believed that this bike is a new Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki or other brand. All the reviews of the CF Moto's are good but they need people that don't give a shit what is written on the tank. And if they start selling like the other famous brands they will raise their prices as well. But I think the time has not come yet for CF moto. They are not yet well known enough. Good review!!! Best regards from Antwerp😉
I have the exact feeling as you have. Let's come back to this comment in 5-10 years when CF-moto is a well known brand in Europe and their prices and popularity are similar to the 'big' brands 😋
@@JoseAlvarez-dl3hm I guess resale value for the Kawa will be more. CF is still relatively unknown and not (yet) wanted on the secondhand market. For me that would be an important thing to consider. Both bikes don't have too much power, if you are looking to step up to the bigger bikes later this would be an important thing to keep in mind. For the rest I guess these bikes are very similar, riding one next to the other probably you will like one more than the other, so I would definitely recommend a test ride.

Loved the comment man, we share the same opinion. My friend said, oooh but reliability?? And I said, oh ktm ducati are better or what?
Hows the weight for city riding? Is it nimble enough for traffic filtering ?
For sure, it doesn't feel heavy and the seat is quite low too. It would make a great city commuter.
In what areas is this bike worse than Versys 650?
I would say it's very similar. There might be some points won for the Kawa but also some for the CF.
@@ChasingCurves. care to explain? it sounds a great beginning for a good comentary
