One Arm Pull-Up Challenge | 20 Reps in 36 Minutes

  • In this training session I challenged myself to see how many one arm pull ups I could complete in one workout. I squeezed out 20 reps total in 36 minutes. No every rep had perfect form, but that's what will happen when you are going to failure on a exercise/movement. I hope to do this annually. Let me know what your best is in the comments, I am very curious to know!
