@@chuck_norris , no-one is paid by Tesla, but we're all talking about them. The ads paying for me to watch you talk about Tesla on RUclips.... are mostly paid for by ICE manufacturers. The other car manufacturers are subsidising the 'non-advertising' aka free publicity which Tesla leverages.

Being partially sighted (blind in my right eye) and not being able to drive because of this (won’t give me a provisional licence to learn), I wonder if self driving cars will be available to people like me in the future, or will they still expect people to pass a driving test with sight etc. 🤔

yes. elon works very hard to get self driving capabilities as good as they can get. he says full self driving is available right now, we just have to wait for the government to let us have it. and you know how long that takes! in 2007 self driving cars were SUVs with a bunch of equipment barely making it past turns in a big course in the middle of the desert. now self driving cars are driving in rush hour freeway traffic without a problem and parking themselves in numerous scenarios! so 10 years or less i'd say. the government simply wants studies over long periods of time proving that teslas are safe. the teslas are constantly learning whenever they are turned on and sending information back to tesla to improve its hive mind. one big brain learning from thousands and thousands of cars whenever they're operating. the more teslas out on the road, the faster we collect information and rack up experience for the computers to learn from and the faster they will get better and the faster the government will let us have full autonomy.
maybe when level 4 becomes available and safe enough to be regulated, that could be a solution to your problem!

I bought a Tesla model 3 performance because I drive 100 miles per day. Doing the math, I was paying $550 for my Subaru Forester XT on top of $400-500 of gas per month. At that point it just made sense to go with a Tesla. I plan to drive mine into the ground.

I literally did the same calculations and just came to the same findings driving a Honda Crosstour V6, 50mi a day, $450/mo, $278 a mo.

In your review, please, please, please explore the space in the back, with and without the third row folded. No one ever does this!

He certainly highlighted the performance. Though not sure it gets across just how revolutionary the model 3 is. It costs the same as Honda Civic to buy, costs the same as a moped to run, looks as good as a Porsche, as fast as a Ferrari, safer than a Volvo and it DRIVES ITS SELF!

What do you mean the model 3 he reviewed costs $70 000... An Audi RS3 costs like $10k less and offers same speed, much higher quality, better customer support. The ACC might not be as good but you can't say the Model 3 is cheap.

@biocybernaut because i need that when i go 150 kmh on the highway... People don't want a racecar. Also, handling isn't worth putting 4 motors in. Too expensive and less efficient than a single motor. If you want a fast EV preorder an etron gt or a taycan
He got the most expensive one, the average person isn’t going to get that one, the model 3 is a great value.
@@jojodroid31 this version is 0,6 seconds faster to 100 km/hr than the Audi RS3. Next to that is has autopilot, is much safer and in at least in Europe you save € 2.000,-/year on gas. But indeed it's not the cheap car I hoped for, stil waiting on a ~ €40k version.

@@KNByam Did you actually buy a Tesla? Easiest process ever I really don't know what you're on about. Not saying stuff can't go wrong and didn't go wrong for some but for us it was a piece of cake two times.
@@snviper Just because you had an easy time getting one does not mean myself and others had an easy process also. It was not a smooth transaction from the moment I put a down payment to when I actually got the car. It was a whole lot of running around to, the car is here, no its there, no it will be there on this date, its not available for pickup yet.

it's like a view into the future! what an astonishing piece of technology and it kinda baffles the mind how it uses no gasoline and improves the environment yet delivers such high level artificial intelligence and sleek clean style. it's honestly a transformational piece of engineering more so than just a way to get from point a to point b. the Tesla is just light years ahead in what it can do versus a normal car

@@kalmanmahlich9959 a lot lol. Electric currently is in no position to replace gas. It's a beautiful technology. I myself would love a Tesla. It's just not practical with the amount that I drive everyday and the long trips I go on. I would take the Audi (Funny, I have an S5) over the tesla any day.
