Totally agree the 4th bedroom really is a 2nd primary bedroom and would be perfect for a multigenerational family or someone that has family visit alot and wants them to be comfortable.
tarasa, if you ever have the time, would you be able to sit down and make a video explaining the process it took you to become a realtor, become comfortable in it, finding employment etc?
That's a good video to make, I'll put it on the list of things to do! There's a lot of topics to talk about here that I'd be happy to share. The basics: * Why & what I did before * Coursework & my recommended program * Studying for the the test - what to expect when you take the test * Selecting a brokerage - what you're going to want to look for as a brand new agent And then the follow-up video or videos would be where do you from here? I can share my path and how that grew.
You did a great job on your tour of this home, describing what we are seeing in a logical progression. There are two things I notice many REALTORS say: When speaking of ceilings, they are high, not tall, and a bath with a shower is three-quarters, not full.
It's listed at $399k. There's more info and pictures at the link in the description (and no you don't have to register or anything like that). Prices can change over time so I'd rather not put it directly into the video and then have it be outdated.
This house has it all plus some extra. I love it!
I always loved these split ranch style homes!
So warm and cozy.
This house is perfect!
Beautiful house! Thanks for showing it! I hope it sells quickly.
I love this home. Very pretty 😍 It has the right amount of updates without being super modern. It's very homey. It's the type of home I'd live in.
I agree. I would live in this house. Love the amount of light it gets.
@tarasa-hurley Absolutely ☺️
This one would be great for multigenerational living! It's a lovely home, and someone did a really great job with the yard.

📬 Thank You‼️ “Very Large And Absolutely Beautiful💯😁
There are one or two things I'm not crazy about. But honestly, it's just nitpicking because it's a great house.
Wonder what its going for

It is listed at $399,000
When was this recorded?
In July. The sellers were not ready to list until now, but I knew I wanted to highlight their nice outdoor space while the weather was nice.
Both of the upstairs bathrooms I don't like the sinks along with the stairs and the sitting area that there is no railing.
