thank you Chef Salim :-) your pizza looks good . i have made thausinds of Pizza . I make my dough about 62-64% hydrated ( for 100gr. flour, 62-64 gr. water ,) I use to let my dough stay in fridge for 24-48 hours before use it . it gives more flavor to the dough , of course i use less than one gram yeast for 1 kg flour . I don't cook my pizza souce , i use canned tomato Thank you again Chef Salim

Another great recipe chef. I have made many pizzas and I am always amazed that you come up with innovations I have not thought of in my baking . I have a large wood burning stove that will reach 400 F. easily and cooks my pizzas but not in 90 seconds . Marvellous !

Hi Salim, it's ok but it's not neapolitan pizza. Cause you use too much yeast normmaly 1gr / kg, you must have 65% of hydratation and type flour 00 with strong W , and 450°C at least. Chef you never need to cook sauce. I love you bro

Teşekkürler, evet Ispartada pelet üretimini yerinde gördüm güzel bir geri dönüşüm sistemi, ev fırınınında 250 derecede 5-6 dakika normal.
