A 17 year old with a bunch of 25 year olds I can imagine he gets teased a bit but they're not too harsh and they genuinely seem like they are watching out for the kid. Build really embodies sweetness and cuteness very well, when I watched the series it didn't have the context of the book and iQUIYI skipped my intros so to me he was just Porsche's adorable friend and comic relief as Thankum, I was quite surprised to see that he was part of the secondary couple and his acting versatility went from sunny, tender and happy to broken, sad and confused. He did more than justice to his character.
