This game finally makes up for old Yellow players, when Blue shoved you out of the way preventing you from getting Eevee there, as you're supposed to have that Pokémon instead of Pikachu. I hated that as a kid. I love Eevee. It looks so beautiful in this game. When I eventually get a Switch, I'll definitely get this game to have my dream come true.

Well now...this is the first Kanto remake that lets you have Eevee as a starter. It was always your rival who took Eevee. Honestly I would rather go without the Pokémon Go catching and the Violin remakes of the region, but this is new to me :V
The more I watch of this video, the more I wonder if all of these Team Rocket people are just Miis Nintendo made and implemented into the game as NPCs lol

That's the point of the game indeed. They made it to introduce Pokémon GO players further into the license. In my opinion it's a smart commercial move. But it's also such a waste as I LOVE this generation, they could have make it very good. It is very casual and kid friendly by putting away strategy breeding, no eggs, no EVs, no abilities... The next 'real' game of the license comes at the end of the year.

The game is a remake of the classic Red/Blue/Green/Yellow Gameboy playthroughs, if they let you use Gardevoir it strays from the what the gameplay used to be like. Gardevoir didn't even exist when this storyline game to be.

So if I can choose than Eve or Pikachu I prefer my long time partner Gardevoir and make her follow me anywhere like when I play SoulSilver.
Don't bother buying this game just wait for sword and shield that's coming out this year because let's go only has 151 pokemon while sword and shield will have 812+

I prefer to play with the original 151 or at most 252 than with all the new crap that they came up with.
The game looks great but the play through kinda sucks. He uses eevee for every battle and doesn’t understand basic type set ups. The game is obviously for 5 year olds because he still wins somehow
