Yeah this place had some water damage over on the sidewall , just got sick of paying all that upkeep for a house , Plus if we didn't move now we weren't moving ever , I'm old
@@ucrazy2rc460 You always have to watch the roof, if not update a new cover or treatment that last a few years. Inside, the floors usually have that pressed board that swells and falls apart if water soaks into it. As far as age it is always a day when a person wakes up and realizes they're old. Health usually breaks the news. I can see myself back in a manufactured home. Currently living in a 37' 5th wheel paying a ridiculous amount of money in SoCal for a hookup. They've outlawed living in a RV on your own property because they can't tax the hell out of you.
@@rem1762 yeah I don't have a problem with the mobile home I was in the army slept in the tent what's the difference , they are not made with the best materials and as far as the roof we're going to get a new roof whether we need it or not and that should last a few years , as far as taxes just registration fee every two years , The tax we paid on our house every year is basically the same as what we pay for lot fee ,electricity , cable , Don't need all them expenses anymore
