Got a 1996 toonie and the description said "frosted finish" ,it really looks like a German planchette! Any thoughts on the frosted description? Is it the same as the German planchette.????
I am surprised you didn't mention the Blob toonie. This coin features about 3 large grains of rice sized metal sitting on the wrong sides of the coin. There is a silver blob reaching into the brass coloured center, and a brass coloured blob leaking into the silver. Any Idea what it would be worth?
I have found a 1996 toonie that I have never seen before. I tried looking it up but could find any help in identifying it. On the face side of the coin you see the queens head and above that you seen the maple leaf. Now on each side of the maple leaf is a line. One line leads to Elizabeth the second and o. The other side of the leaf a line goes to the d and another small line between the d and the g. Is this an error or is a rare type of coin for 1996. Does anyone recognize this coin that I described
Someone replicated your video 3 months ago pretty much word for word, probably even using your video, they page name is COINS News Center , you can hear that it sound like they put a voice changer over your voice and just put a fake video behind it

What about the mis-struck 1996 toonie? I've got one with the core stretched so far it almost touches the outer ring of the coin.
