- I explore a new marsh system at the National Wildlife Refuge in Brazoria, Texas. It was a great day to catch redfish and flounder. Beautiful area full of marsh lands, shrubs, saltwater air, and nice fish.

Cox's lake has been active some of the biggest tails I've seen sticking out of the water in a long time. Lots of oyster though I lost a few.

I enjoyed your video! It was amusing hearing how you perceive those conditions. I fish the Oregon coast, a acceptable day is 3-4ft swells and anything under 15 mph winds is good. We get maybe 10-15 days with water under 2 ft swell each year.
Yea the Upper Texas coast guys can’t wrap their heads around 15mph is a light breeze down south towards Corpus Christi. Lee shore is yo fraaaaaand 😂😂😂

My brother lost a stringer out there awhile back. I've been fishing it for 20+ years and only saw gators in the lake about 4 times. They are mainly in or near the nesting pond near the facilities.

Were the wildlife refuge facilities open for business? I fish anahuac wildlife refuge often, and their gates have been locked since March 25th. They are saying on their FB page they don't know when they are going to reopen.
@Paul T National wildlife refuges are not regulated by the state. They are federally regulated.
Yeah about the stuff you use... Well I have to sell my wife and dogs to be able to afford. I'll just sit back and enjoy.
