By all means be pro-Palestine but that doesn't give you the right to demean/attack strangers on the street, bus, train or school thousands of miles away.

I am an American living in Switzerland. I have a Sephardic grandmother on my father's side. Long story short, anti-Semitism in Switzerland seems to be the lowest of any country that I have lived in so far, including the United States. It's certainly a Haven from the neighboring country of France.

This video is priceless. I use to hold some senior rolls in the Green Party (Chaired national groups and was an elected offical). I use to have calls regularly with leadership etc. However I ultimately had to quit because the antisemitism and way they defended and let those who say I am just anti-zionost not antisemitic stay despite jewish members complaining and people breaking every definition, especially the IHRA, which the Greens were very reluctant to even adopt, following a many times accused antisemite calling it "politcally engenierred to restrict cristism of Israeli". There is no halakhic requirement to be a "Zionist." One can be a proud Jew without believing in Zionism, which is a 19th c. ideology invented by secular Jews, not religious halakhic Jews. Herzl's own children converted to Christianity. This is a complex subject, but neither in the Bible or the Oral Torah there is an explicit precept "Thou shall be a Zionist."
I saw a video once about Jews going back to Israel once it became Israel and when Jews that were darker skin, we’re returning to the land of their fathers ,since they were also Jews,the dark skinned Jews were not welcomed. I now live in Canada and for the first time I was afraid and felt unsafe in 2021 when many cars with Palestinian flags were driving through my neighbourhood sounding their horns in support of Palestinians during the time that Israel was being attacked with thousands of rockets. I use to hold some senior rolls in the Green Party (Chaired national groups and was an elected offical). Stop trying to blend in. Stop trying to become accepted. Stop identifying yourself as a liberal/progressive/etc. Jew who believes in whatever the progressive/leftist agenda is pushing...
You will not be accepted. You will never find your "safe space".
Instead, why don't you join circles within a true Jewish community. Surround yourself by people who learn, live, and breathe their Judaism. Surround yourself by people whose main passion is learning and keeping the Torah.
I'm a professional. I took classes in mainstream collages and graduate school. Yet, I did this while wearing my yarmulka, payos, and Yeshiva-style white shirt. I wasn't trying to blend in or be accepted. But lo and behold...I was respected for being a Jew who lives his Judaism. Even in the deep blue state where I live, I received absolutely no toxic comments or messages on being Jewish or Zionist (which I very much am).
Yes, I fully interact with the world around me. But I don't need to be accepted by my secular surroundings. I am surrounded and embraced by my own community which shares the same Torah values as my ancestors have over the last millennia. I don't live a conflicting life. I have my "safe space", and I am never leaving it.
Come, my brothers and sisters. Come learn what being a Jew is really all about. Join your safe space.
I’ve put up with hatred, antisemetic remarks, bias and aJew hatred all my life. The difference now is we have a very strong Israeli state and strong IDF Israeli army. Now we can be proud, walk tall and know the state of Israel gives me strength and pride in who I am, a strong Jewish warrior. Walk tall and carry concealed everyday. 🔫😆🇺🇸🇮🇱

Great video. I appreciate your informative videos. I am a Jew born in Mexico and been subjected as a child to antisemitism. I now live in Canada and for the first time I was afraid and felt unsafe in 2021 when many cars with Palestinian flags were driving through my neighbourhood sounding their horns in support of Palestinians during the time that Israel was being attacked with thousands of rockets. To my shock, Even my Canadian friend was sympathizing with their cause.

Most speakers suffer from believing in 2 false premises. 1 is that leftism/socialism is compatable with nationalist Judaism, yes nationalist. 2 is that post melting-pot multi-culti America is compatible with Jewish uniquity, or more simply a place where Jews can thrive outside the contempory religous Ghettos.
