- In this video we take you with us on our visit to Wollerton Old Hall in Shropshire, England. We had the pleasure of visiting this garden in August and were delighted with the late summer perennials, showstopping dahlias and structural elements that makes this garden one of the best in England.

So pretty! Thanks for the free tour :) no passport required
Thanks guys, glad you enjoyed it. It's one of our favourites to visit 😀😀
Beautiful
It's all beautiful, buildings and plants/garden. I could meander round there for ages, stunning and thank you for sharing 😀👍
Thanks for watching this one Richy, it's a stunning garden and we went just at the right time for the dahlia display 👌. 😀👍
Beautiful photography, I would love to know what the plants are
Thanks 😊. It's a shame they don't have labels so we can be sure of the varieties.
Stunning garden, thanks for taking us along with you! I shall add this to my (very long) list of gardens to visit. Take care, as always
You're welcome Suzanne, we've been to this garden a few times and it never disappoints. Definitely add it to your list. Have a great weekend.
❤❤❤❤ Amazing!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks 🙏💚
Pure, colorful bliss!
Thanks Tamara, we were in colour heaven with all that beautiful planting. Take care.
Beautiful garden and buildings. I've always wanted to visit this place and the David Austin Rose Wollerton Old Hall is a must for next year. Everyone says it flowers profusely. Hope you're both keeping well. xxx
It's truly stunning Wendy. Paul took me to David Austin Roses many years ago and that too is must for any rose lover. Paul's not been well this week with a bad cold virus which is why we are delayed with the October video. Hope you have a good weekend, it should continue to be quite warm 😀 xxx
Oh no, sorry to hear that you are unwell Paul. Hope you feel better soon. These viruses can knock you for six. Beautiful day today so I've been out weeding and tidying plus planting a few bulbs. Feeling overwhelmed with the amount I've bought but I have to remember that there's still lots of days to come for planting. Hope you both have a lovely weekend. xxx@@MadAboutGardening
@wendybartlett6717 Thanks Wendy, it's been a stubborn one, but I'm feeling more like myself now. Hope the nice weather continues but there is still a lot of time so don't worry, the seasons not over yet. Take care xxx
Glad that you're feeling a lot better. x@@MadAboutGardening
We went last year in June, absolutely beautiful garden 😊
It's a wonderful garden isn't it? Full of great design ideas and planting inspiration. We loved seeing the wonderful Dahlias on our visit the most. 👍🙂
@@MadAboutGardeningI think we need a re visit to enjoy some late summer beauty
@Chickp424 Definitely, the garden is a riot of colour in late summer and the dahlias will be out in all their beauty.
❤ I need to visit! How beautiful!
It truly is a gorgeous place, Matthew. You will love it. It is definitely a favourite of ours. Hope that you are having a great week so far? Thanks for watching 🙂😀
@@MadAboutGardening I always enjoy your videos! Week is going ok thanks, just wish I could work part time to have more time in the garden! Ha.
That's great to know! I know what you mean, there's never enough time when you work full time, especially when the nights are drawing in. It looks to be a good weekend weather wise so have a good one.@@matthewalker1
