This video was actually a great display of the Dunning Kruger Effect. At the start you knew that you had no idea how to play and there is no chance you could do it. After only a couple of hours of practicing you already felt so confident that you could do it all on your own. However, after practicing more and more and getting more and more insight in what you needed to do you again felt like you could never do it because you lost confidence the more you knew lmao

This is honesty one of the best videos Danny has ever made. I've watched it several times, and I still laughed so hard my stomach hurt by the end. It's so engaging, funny, and interesting from the twists, the reveals, and the payoffs, Danny ATE with this one.
In the end, I think learning a little bit of how to speedrun the game was the best choice anyway- there're so many things that speedrunners do that a casual player would just not know about. With a little bit of that baseline knowledge, you were able to understand *enough* of what Couriway was doing to be able to comment on it during the stream.
