Ok, great video. Love watching you react. Here's tha thing. In Animal predation, the animals go for the "softer" parts. They don't just take a head and leave. Also. There are cases that predate the two brothers, going back into the 1800s. One of which, was either three or four men killed, heads removed while they were in their sleeping bags. The heads were placed around the bodies like they were watching them.
Except a lot of the cases here, they weren't alone, and the entire group still died, which makes me believe that there's something more guarding that area, something demonic because the ONE THING that each of the cases of the victims have in common was that they were all gold prospectors and what's one of the circles of hell? Greed? The ONLY people that were allowed to come and go as they pleased were people that weren't looking for gold or no longer had an interest in looking for gold like what happened in the first case, if you tried to get greedy while in that forest, something or someone was now hunting you and the woman that went missing, the person who believes they saw her claimed that she looked possessed, if something demonic is watching over that stretch of the forest it would need a vessel.
There may be some gold to find, but it's nothing to lose your head over. Mr. Ballen was like "....and another prospector", ".....and yet another prospector", "......and a few years later, another prospector". What the heck was going on there?
The tribe they say disappeared without a trace left their shit and moved to Arizona they still speak Dine like the other tribes of that region, you may have heard of them, the Navajo. Their origin myth describes getting kicked out of several homelands so hard to say which home was the Nahanni valley

I’ve canoed the Nahani Valley back in 2016. Two and a half weeks on the river, in the wilderness. An amazing experience! Highly recommended. Mr Ballen needs to be corrected - many, many people have canoed the Nahani River and the Flat River in the last 20-25 yrs. Also - the human brain is primarily fat. That large a piece of fat is a huge delicacy for any wild predators, who mainly survive on very very lean meats. Peace
