    I like how the AG states she will only obey SOME of the laws of our State because she interprets some to be unconstitutional.

    The oath she took included enforcing the laws of the State of Arizona to the best of her ability, those which might be unconstitutional are to be adjudicated so by the SCOTUS, it is not her place to arbitrarily decide that any law on the books is unconstitutional and declare that she will not enforce.
