  • This lazy spa looks more like a giant (dodgy) latte!
    Cleaned up nicely! Just one pink stain around the top that didn’t want to come of! A lot people suggested I use g101 so I’ve ordered that and I’ll give it a try. Usually sodium hypo would do the job but not this time.

    I swear that jet wash on the top sounds like my old fan that I used when I still lived with me parents. It’s crazy how some sounds take you back to when you were younger

    The pink stuff still on there is dangerous. It's a mold and attacks the skin. My niece was affected last year from someone's spa that wasn't cleaned enough. Ended up in hospital

      If it's eaten into the plastic already, I can't imagine there's much else they can do if professional products haven't removed it 😬 not sure I'd want to get in there!

    Miles. Just a quick one. Perhaps consider pump sprayers with lances with your cleaning chemicals in. Speaking from experience of 12yrs of using trigger bottles my hands are suffering.

      I use the kwazar ones for cars. Saves my hands whilst waiting for carpal tunnel surgery

    I have that same Ryobi brush I use it on our RV it’s the way to go. I also use the waxing pads you can get for it to, it saves a lot of time.

    Wow, youguys are spectacular! Good work. Love the content. I have a 20X40' in ground pool in Ohio.USA. It's a lot of work to keep up proper care for a pool.

      @@capers72424I could tel, you about something my brother responded to as police officer but I might end up in RUclips jail. But I will that it involved an inflatable hot tub much like this only I think it was larger.

    Try jacks magic vynil cleaner works awesome I use it on all the vynil liner water line scum lines on my pools and tubs works great hardly any elbow grease needed nice job guys .✌️🖖🤙

    The obvious answer to cleaning out these spas is for the manufacturers to provide them with a drain hole and plug. The spa could be placed near or over an outdoor drain and this would elevate the need for a pump.

    In your opinion what is a good vaccumm head for a inground vinyl liner pool?? I need a new one, my old head came with the pool, and didn't work that good. My pool is 16x36 feet greasion shape

    Those new style lazy spas are much better to keep clean they need to sort the cover out it always gets mold between the blow up lid and cover, and it always leaks when it rains so water gets in.

    Wouldn't hydrogen peroxide and UV light remove that pink stain around the rim and restore it to white?

    Looks amazing. What do you use to spray on it? We usually hold black marks on our when we take it out again in spring. These will usually disappear after a while using it but it is very unsightly.

      Mould and mildew spray works wonders with black mould on the lid :)

      Better to leave your tub out filled with water and just keep topping up the chlorine tablets throughout the winter. Folding it up and storing it increases the risk of punctures.

    Why not wipe the stains over with neat liquid chlorine or bleach on a rag, that'd get rid of most stains. Also at the start a good dose of chlorine in the "soup" would clean a lot of stains etc. saving a lot of time.

    I have had a few lazy spas over the years, they are so easy to keep clean! Daily filter clean and keep chlorine floater topped up. Full water change fortnightly ( we used it daily). How time consuming can it be?! Good job though, keeps you in nice trainers😂

      I change my water approx every three months but I am the only one to use it, shower beforehand, keep on top of the chemicals and change the filter regularly.
      Best thing I ever bought to help with my arthritis!

    Get a external sand filter & plumb it in.. with a bit of chlorine your never have dirty water again

      I feel like no one showers before going in a pool or tub. Makes a lot of difference if you do though maintenance wise

    These spas cost about £300 new. Surely thats less that you charged to clean it and put a new filter in..

      I think even without RUclips in the mix it is cheaper (and much better for the environment) to clean something like that, rather than chuck it and buy a new on. Sometimes I despise the other people I share the planet with for their selfishness if they do things like that.

    Id like to know what the smell was. Because that colour was something else!
    I honestly cant get my head round this one. Its like oh well, hot tub season ended. Lets just all shit in the tub and leave it till next time 😂

    What did the customer not know where to buys some bleach? also if you add bleach to liquid detergent it will hold the bleach in place to long enough for the bleach to take care of the "pink ring".... just sayin'
