Maybe, but Bee is quick on his feet being a scout, Plus he's smaller so he's faster, and he has close range weapons where Soundwave has none. He relies on his long range weapons. Also, don't think of this as a traditional fight scene. Remember, there's "players" controlling the characters. Even the strongest characters are weak compared to someone who's mastered a weaker character (i.e. why Bumblebee won)
