my man is there any solution to fix m1 run into blue screen while installing windows? Tried everything and it still drops to bsod. Or maybe its specific to m1 silicon?

@@AshJordan-zq5yg If you need a decent PC to run it, then it would not work this way. I'm running the most absolute basic turn based strategy game from a decade ago, and I'm happy with my 10 fps. There's no graphics card emulation in this setup.

Internet connectivity issue, do the below.
Step1. Shut down the Windows 11 instance.
Step2. Right click on Windows 11 instance.
Step3. Click Edit
Step4. Scroll down to Devices - Select "Network"
Step 5. Network Mode - Select "Bridged (Advanced)"
Step 6. Save
Done, Internet will work now. Thanks

It doesn’t have to do with your MacBook Warranty so everything is separated from apple ecosystem and it is created using the virtual machine, which is completely separate from your base MacBook system

Hi, I am experiencing issues with running the UTM window command box. I reach till I save the ISO file and create a window play screen. Then upon playing, command box appears, ask me to skip or continue by clicking any button. But it is not responding to any button, just showing Shell>. Can you help with what to do next? Thanks
I'm having the same problem but I followed the rest of the tutorial exactly as presented
You might be waiting to long to press the button. I had that problem as well and if I waited to long to press a button it would automatically start the Shell> screen and I would have to start over. Try pressing spacebar as soon as you see the "press any button" screen

@ yes it works but your still limited at certain tasks due to lack of recourses or the fact it’s a virtual computer I got a new PC so I longer use it but it certainly is a solid solution

From 4:40 it’s different updated which would be no issue but before you start the installation it ask you if you are aware that “all your files will be deleted” which I don’t want but then I decide to choose the choose the “previous version of set up” option; I’m asking will that option also delete all my files?

When I go to press play on UTM it takes me to a startup looking black window and says press escape or any key to continue. But when I press enter or any button it does nothing... when you did it, it didn't go to this prompt and went straight in to Windows. Did I do something wrong

@@SpicedUpGaming I tried it again. Once you press play on UTM, allow the UTM logo to come up, and then immediately press enter before the black window with the yellow and grey text comes up. This seems to allow the Windows to boot up.

It's working well but i chose 30G but it say it's already full and the pb is I just wanted to instal steam.
Weirdly I can't do anyhting so I would like to know how to increase from 30G to 50 may be and to be able to understand from where it has been filled up as nothing was installed on it.

Just click again from 30 to 52 and it will work when you do it in 256 air models yiu need more

Eject the guest ISO from the CD menu and reboot. This fixed my black screen and fixed my network issue too. But now the screen is zoomed out for some reason
The iso file will not show up in my downloads 3:12
Maybe is saved in another location, try searching it with Spotlight Search

Dude, I installed Win11 on UTM but. When I go to USB and select the USB plugged into my MacBook, UTM disconnects the USB from MacOS. But UTM does not see the USB. Has this happened to you?

Thank you very much , however, when I use UTM to install the window, after selecting keyboard layout , pressing no product code.... and It waits like till 100% and then back to beginning, Dos mode, " press any key to load CD / DVD " something like and repeating like every time when it finish till 100% , please help, thanks

I get to about 4:36, my screen goes the correct blue and the window to progress starts coming up, then screen goes black with the text 'Display output is not active' ??? Any way to fix?

@@GarvitPant-kz3dx I managed to fix this at least for me, I was using the international/global english language, but by using US english, and by clicking every second or so when the blue comes up (the one right before the error) until the interface loads properly, I managed to get it working.

Just about to do this on a M3 max mac. Looking at antivirus before hand. I am thinking of bitdefender as they have a mac and pc version. Bitdefender are doing a 3 device deal I like the look of. Would I be able to run both versions one for the mac and the other for windows. With a virtual machine running windows all the windows apps would be stored in the x86 folder as usual?

Its a idea that can be done, but this is project specifically for your need and not a lot of people would be interested. And also I am not sure if can be done in any website because of the security interacting with database.

Downloading from Windows official website wont work because you need a windows file with ARM Architecture. And crystal fetch have made it to be ARM.
Didn’t work for me on M4 Mac mini, every time I try to boot into the VM I get a terminal with Shell> and no matter what I press as the boot starts nothing happens other than the terminal screen loading up.

Hi, I was able to install windows 11 in my MacBook Pro 2021. I need to install any app that allows me to create an iso file from a bluray disk. I have try two and say that can not be installed. Do you know why? or can you recommend a version of any app that can be installed with this windows eleven version? Thanks for your instructional videos. I tried PowerISO and when i am going to install it it shows this message: “This app can not be run because it causes security or performance issues on Windows. Anew version may be available. Check with your software provider for an updated versionthat runs on this version of windows”. Can it be because Windows is not activated?
