Paige Bueckers claps at Refs to get calls right. No Tech. Gets rewarded next play with Fix-A-Call

And the previous out of bounds call both consulted by off ref.
Calls got changed and Paige Bueckers makes a smart decision to get to the rim for what commonly becomes a foul called to fix the error.

It’s clearly the wrong call so of course she’s upset. But you know she should’ve at least got a warning for that. NC State earlier this year gets fouled and yells “and one” not directed at any particular opponent or the ref, and gets t’d for it. But Paige is constantly verbal with the refs and never gets even a verbal warning. 🤔

I would feel the same with you, but if you watch the full game you will see that the ref was getting the calls wrong multiple times that first quarter. Even twice before the call that is being shown in the video. Mind you it was almost back to back those two times. So personally I would’ve felt the same way Paige did if I was her.
