My intro to KISS was Rock n' Roll Over but I was too young to really be a fan. I got reintroduced to them with Creatures and have been a fan ever since. Revenge, Creatures, Rock n' Roll Over, Destroyer, and Lick It Up make up my top 5. Anyway, I've jumped around a bit in this series according to my fave albums and have now started at the beginning. It's quite possibly the funniest and most interesting series I've seen on RUclips. Love how it's edited.
Peter Criss drums on Alive are the only not fixed on Alive / Have you ever heard Gene or Pauline saying that????? And that is the best live album from that band period👍😎👍
In the video about the first time they all played together Paul said stuff like "As soon as we all plugged in and started playing together there was no denying how good we all sounded together" (or something close to that). I can't understand how it went from them saying *that* to them saying that Peter could barely play the damn drums. I was a drummer in the 80's, and like so many guitar players that picked up their first guitar because of Ace, I started playing drums because of Peter. Has *anyone* ever started playing bass or guitar because of Gene or Paul?
Also, every time Peter and Ace have come back to play with the band they've been welcomed back immediately every time. That tells me that Paul doesn't really believe these guys are so bad.
That is always coming up while none talks about Gene not playing bass on plenty of those Desmond Child band s records inthe 80tees and that Kith band nowadays/ even on creatures there are other bass players even Eric Carr played bass on that album/ Ace played bass on the songs he brought to the unmasked album maybe on Dynasty to
How is it Peter's fault he was a street kid, and family didn't have money and he grew up hard? Peter Criss was older than all of them, and when he said he paid his dues more than them, he was absolutely talking about not just music, but life in general!!!
Bob ezrin was a huge disciplinarian with a huge cocaine problem. How the hell...? Eddie Kramer was much better producer in my mind just look at rock and roll over that was there Opus in my mind
James Brown did all sorts of drugs and he still acted as his own manager, agent, producer, etc etc. Its possible to do stuff like that and it almost defies logic
Sean Delaney said when doing double platinum the goal was to bring all the other songs up to the standards and you couldn't change what Ezrin did anything and they were trying to come up with a sound they tried to match. I love Rnr it's a great album. I'd say ezrin,Kramer and jackson were the best
Eddie was a coke head as well!!! Peter Criss who is my favorite drummer ever, said Eddie did blow as well, it's insane because in the 70's everyone did it!!!!
realistically Ace is Not a good singer, but neither is Tom Petty or NEIL YOUNG for that matter , or Billy Corgan, or Mick J , he often out of key & shakey , but - its ok
Your right, but Peter Criss, Rod Stewart, Bryan Adam's, and Bob Seger with the scratchy voice was amazing and in tune!!! Voices are opinions obviously, but I thought Peter Criss and Rod Stewart and Bryan Adam's were amazing with unique sound!!!
Errr theres another Paul "Political License" BS quote who asks there mother how they slept last night (no one) yeah it didnt happen another part of chapter filler crap
You guys didn't bring Peter and Ace in totally, you guys couldn't do shit with Wicked fuckin Lester, and auditioned 40 drummers and guitarists, so till Peter Criss and Ace won the jobs, it wasn't Kiss!!!!! They are founding members as well!!!
Putting Paul in the rain to the intro of “Rock Bottom” when he’s lamenting was a stroke of comic genius, laughed so hard my face hurt.
Paul & Gene Rock n roll a nite. Ace & Peter party everyday
I wd say Peter n Ace wd Party every Nite not day Ace was tanked like Elvis was a night owl
Love the way Ace thinks about living life, if it feels right do it
THIS SERIES IS AWESOME!! 😂
I loved this band growing up. 🤟🤟
Dude these videos are awesome and hilarious KUDOS for your hard work and creativity!!!!
Ace you are a great musician wow is Gene full of himself
Great Channel. Very creative. Keep up the good(and probably hard) work

Gene: “wow this coffee has a kick to it!” 😂😂😂
These are amazing,...so entertaining.X
Cheers!
Ace was the coolest member most popular😎 Pauline can not accept it even to this day it s bugs her😅
I just realized the backdrop is Bill Aucoins penthouse at 666 5th Ave. At least I’d like to think so. This is a great series.
This is outstanding!
Paul is a letdown! Like a scorned elderly woman
Peter Criss drums on Alive are the only not fixed on Alive /
Have you ever heard Gene or Pauline saying that?????
And that is the best live album from that band period👍😎👍
ACE: "how many times Bill Acoin told me he paid off photographers...."
ME: Ace u poor sucker, Bill had to pay off his crack dealer...
They didn't have crack in the 70s. You had to freebase like Richard Pryor did
@@jessicajujubean5004 lmao it's the same thing basically....... and I was just joking....
@@ryananthony4840 more or less, yeah. I was just poking a little fun
@@jessicajujubean5004 ahh..... U like to poke 😜
Listen closely. Some of them appreciated the experience and acknowledged their faults, and some just acknowledged others faults. You hear that???
P$@%
Is there one video that Paul or Gene doesn’t bag on Peter?
No
In the video about the first time they all played together Paul said stuff like "As soon as we all plugged in and started playing together there was no denying how good we all sounded together" (or something close to that).

Haha that would be a false episode😅
Nope
Eddie Kramer should've produced every Kiss album.
HAHAHA Love it!!!!
Paul the big spender
Playing to a click track is the most soul destroying thing ever.
Freakin' love Ace; funny, cool, laid back. Paul- no. What a whiner, always has been.
Bob Ezrin gave us the Elder!
Worst album ever.
Cartoons?
Awesome, series.....ty
Dressed to Kill….\m/
So this is the second time I’ve heard Ace didn’t play a lick on Destroyer. True?
Just the lead on “Sweet Pain”, which is Dick Wagner. The rest is Ace.
The acoustic on "Beth" isn't Ace
@@shatterx2009 Yeah, I was assuming Buck @Buck Naked meant lead guitar.
Sweet pain and Beth (acoustic guitar) were not Ace. Also some other bits and pieces of other songs, but most of it was Ace.

geez stanley was single for a while... according to this
PAUL TRYING TO HIDE HIS FACE AND GO UNOTICED BUT WEARING A BRIGHT VERY NOTICABLE KISS JACKET ? SUCH A TOSSER
Maybe he was trying to fool them into thinking he was just a fan.
