I love watching so see what’s done, in process, and finished. Your chemistry together is wonderful. I wish I could watch and stitch but it would be a hot mess! You girls always give me more idea’s, and my list is looooong…😍
Hello gals! I love to watch you two! Very enjoyable and knowledgable Your projects are gorgeous And sew glad Kathy getting her knee on the mend God bless and keep stitching
I always have such a good time stitching and watching you two. There is always something To learn and be inspired by. I love Molly craft space and I’m so looking forward to seeing Kathy’s. Happy Fourth of July and now we will move on to fall and Christmas🎉
Loved seeing you both this morning! What a nice way to begin my day. 🙂 I also thought the barn pattern was only available for two days, Kathy! I thought, "well that's strange." 😂 I guess 2023 and 2024 does make more sense. 🤣🤣 Oh goodness. Glad to know we both processed that the same way! Looking forward to your next video! Try to keep cool. (In both ways) 😉
Vicki...Iwas so happy to find out it was the year not the day. I had such a "fomo" attach...the fear of missing out was killing me. Great to hear from you! hugs, Molly D
I was inspired to go find the magazine with the Bouquet of Sunshine project. Can't wait to get it started! I enjoyed seeing you come on again. It's a joy to see your stitching. Thank you!
Love watching you two! I love fall when the weather cools off. Can’t even imagine 117!! Thanks for sharing your work & info about Etsy shops. Happy stitching…Carol🇨🇦
Thanks for another fun video! I always enjoy seeing all of your stitching projects and all the inspiration that you share. The Kitten Stitcher chart pack is so wonderful, I’ve already ordered it. Thank goodness it’s available for a year! Having a stitchy friend next door would be so fun! 🪡🧵🪡 Have a wonderful 4th of July!
Loved your Romper Room moment with the hoop! I remember watch that as a kid! And your right. They don't make the tension hoops like they used to. I have mine from the 80's and I use it for everything I stitch!
G'day Molly & Kathy. Another great video, you two are a joy to watch. Your stitching is beautiful. Hope you stay cool. It's now winter here in New Zealand and I am watching you girls with the heater on. Have a great week and look forward to the next video.
G'day to you, too, Debbie. It certainly feels like we have the heater on here. This heat wave is breaking all kinds of records across the southwestern U.S. Winter sounds so wonderful. Thanks for watching, Debbie, and the great comment. Hugs, Molly D
Thank you, Karen. I still can't believe how lucky I was to move next to such a fun, crazy, talented lady. Thanks for watching! hugs, Molly D ( and yes, it does take crazy to know crazy...teeheehee...) Have fun today!
Wow, I bet it's gorgeous. Kathy has the most wonderful collection of charts. And her finished pieces are museum worthy. Take care, and thanks for watching!
First time commenter…we live in the mountains of western Maryland where it is rarely hot and humid, but right now we have a haze caused by the Canadian wildfires. While it’s easy to complain, I try to think of what our northern neighbors are dealing with. I am fairly new to your site, but I will be back. Thank you for sharing your love of cross stitch. Have a blessed day!
Always love seeing you both and love your stitching! I’m in New Mexico until August temp In the 80s, but going back to Florida 90s to 100s (ugh)! Thanks!!
Hello, Judy. Great to have you so close and glad your temps are only in the 80's. Texas is under a "heat bubble" they say...but it looks like two to three weeks of every summer here are in the 100's. Looking forward to fall. Thanks for watching! hugs, Molly D
I have some recipes I still use out of old PTA recipe books from the 1960’s when my Mom was PTA President at my elementary school. I bought several of the Junior League cookbooks over the years as they’re full of good recipes! Look forward to ones you share!
Good morning to you both from the UK. It has taken me a few days to complete your videos. They are so much fun. Listening to you whilst finishing one last bag for a work colleague. Another week and then in general schools here break up for the summer holidays. :) The weather is mixed and when hot, I think of you both and how hot it is with you. Looking forward to 'fall' and what you both bring to the table on that video. Great I know it will all be. Until next time take off yourselves and keep cool. Thank you as always for the time you spend creating these wonderful and fun videos. :)
Thank you so much...for watching and the wonderful comment. So great to get to "visit" with you. The heat is breaking all kinds of records here in the southwestern U.S. So looking forward for cooler autumn days ahead. Take care and again, thanks for the great comment. hugs, Molly D
Another great video ladies!❤ Miss Molly- I could have a trio of every stitched item I work on because of all the frogging I do! I so understand the frustration of frogging slowing your stitching down. Looking forward to what you come up with for fall in July.
Hello, Rhonda. Thanks so much for watching and while I hate to hear you, too, have to frog ..it makes me feel better to know I'm not alone...lolol. Hugs, Molly D
Romper Room - Miss Nancy would hold up her Magic Mirror to see into the TV audience - always amazed me when I was small. Thanks for the memory! Looking forward to your fall show!
Oh wow! Sorry taking me so long to respond, but man oh man, hate that about your a/c. Ours went out recently and I felt so bad for the guys who had to come out and fix it. A lot of the a/c's here in El Paso are on the roofs of home. Can't even imagine how hot that was...yikes. Looking forward to a cooler fall. Thanks for watching and take care.
I have been enjoying your floss tube...the funny story is I couldn't place when I had seen you before until I realized that I was a Bristol and was hanging out at Nicola's table when you were showing off your knee repair, LOL...
I’m so sorry we didn’t make the connection then. We will have to hug and make up next time we cross paths! Still doing PT three times a week about 1.5 hr each time. Trust me.. I’d rather be stitching!!!!!
El Paso is a great place to live...just be prepared for a few hot weeks in the summer...but very very low humidity. The southwest is breaking all kind of heat records this summer. Looking forward to cooler fall days ahead. Thanks so much for watching!
Coming from East Texas and Louisiana, I know exactly what your Momma is talking about. Living here in El Paso now for 2 years, I have learned what they mean when they say..."yeah, it's hot...but it's a dry heat." Really does make a difference. But really the long run of days over 100 is getting a bit old...c'mon Fall!!! teeheehee. Take care and thanks so much for watching! hugs, Molly D
Thank you ladies for another great video Kathy, your model stitching is gorgeous and I absolutely love the frame your husband does a great job Molly that sunflower pattern you make me want to get it and all your stitching is gorgeous. Also that eagle is going to be absolutely beautiful can’t wait to see it framed. Take care ladies and have a safe and wonderful Fourth of July.
To say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. Just so grateful to have so many new friends to visit with. Thank you for watching and spending time with us. hugs, Molly D
I would leave the house on that frame because there’s always a house with a barn. My 1980’s spring hoop is my favorite as well!!! Agreed…todays are NOT the same.
Here I was all caught up and you snuck a video in on me. Good to see you both again. I finished "Knee High" last summer as a tribute to my father. I added his name and birth/death years underneath the fence. He would have been delighted with all the ears that corn has. It doesn't have that many ears in real life so it was like a private joke farm folk would chuckled at. Every time you show that sunflower chart I think I need to go look to see if I saved it when I did a major clean out last year. It gets prettier each time I see it. Looking forward to fall. Hugs.
Hello, Debra. Thanks so much for watching. And I loved that Knee High chart Kathy and you have done. So darn cute. Just started the Sunflower Sampler. Wowzer, it's got lots of beautiful colors in it. Again, thanks!
Absolutely love watching your RUclips videos!! Just received HOD Christmas and vintage patterns. Im not going to do a hexagon but you both would love her vintage pattern ❤
Love your videos! Always so fun, all your haul and different projects. Love you two. Romper Room, the magic wand or something was what that hoop reminded you of. Hope it cools down for you! Here in the north we are choking on the smoke ha ha ha!
Miss Molly, you should take one of your Christmas floss packs and stitch one of Pinker n Punkin's houses or crocks. I think they would look so cute in those colors!
Kathy it was a show named Romper Room! It was on when I was very young! Love you ladies and all you do each video! Wish I was in Texas we would be great friends I am sure❤❤ kitten stitchers shop is closed for a bit, I’ll order my exclusive when she returns I had it ready to go with some yummies and didn’t complete my order! What! Oh well it’s my life! Molly dunk your purple floss in coffee! It will be so very pretty, but I love that color as is too!❤ blessings ladies!😊😊
Another Happy Hour with you two! Always a pleasure. A question about the Sunflower Sampler. Cathy mentioned it was in a book as well as the magazine. Please share the designer name and the book info if you can. Try to keep cool down there. Lindy in Michigan 🙂🌷
Another fun video ladies!! Romper Room looked through the mirror 😂, I like the hoop method better!! Loving all that you both share, it’s a great variety for all. I’m going to continue to stitch Patriotic, there’s sooo many great patterns out there, I can’t stop!! Plus, it’s only going to be July😅, thanks for sharing, Denise ❤
Fun as always. I have the medium size eyeball pincushion from Schmaltzy Craftsy. I opted for the blueyed non bloodshot one. It sits here on the table next to my stitchy chair. Amazing needlework
I love summer but not when it’s in the 100’s. Fortunately for me we don’t get very many days when it’s in the 100’s where I live. Love the stitching! Love you two! You both always bring a smile to my face when I see you put up a new flosstube!
Thank you for keeping me company while I stitched this morning! Molly, where did you live in Louisiana? I graduated from high school in Lake Charles in 1969. Miss all the good food.
Hello, Sara! We lived in Lake Charles for 40 ish years....I grew up in East Tx. And I sure do miss that good food too! I almost cried when I realized no store in El Paso had a cajun section...lol. Thanks so much for watching! Have a great 4th.
You ladies are so nice! I love the blackbird designs, I will be starting the loose feather series before Christmas I hope! And I would stitch autumn things all year long if I could too! Those sunflowers were spectacular! Happy stitching!
Thank you so much for the great comment! I can't wait to get my needle in that sunflower pattern. And about Blackbird Designs...just the best. Hugs, Molly D
I had to add another message because I have a question for Kathy. You recommend that we roll our linen. Once rolled, how do you then store it? I don't want to lay it as then there will be even more creases. Would you help and enlighten us, or at least me? Thank you ever so much. And Molly, thank you for answering my question from my last message. Life is so interesting isn't it?
Hi Molly. The Kitten Stitcher/ Plum Street exclusive is available between June 2023 and June 2024. Her website is closed for orders right now though because her father passed away. It was not a two day exclusive.
Molly, I think you are a real treasure. Your sweet personality comes through. I am mostly a primitive or reproduction sampler stitcher, but I really like what you do. Your stitching is top notch.
So sad that you guys are living thru the 100s. Here in Northern CA we’ve had a rare June - so far only 6 days in the 90s! We’ve been below 88 all the other days! It feels surreal not to have high 90s to low 100s but we don’t mind 😊. Kathy loved hearing that you’re pretty much a monogamous stitcher. I am very monogamous unless it’s a Hawk Run Hollow - then after 2 months I’ll stitch something small then return to the torture LOL
The Wicked Queen in Snow White said ‘Mirror, mirror on the wall…’ gazing into a mirror. Romper Room was the ‘Romper, stomper, bomper…who do I see’ gazing in her hand held looking glass! I was the Miss Nancy era I think.
I am curious; How did the two of you meet? Wisconsin and Texas? I think such stories are just so fascinating. I also stitch in a hoop. it can't be too big or my hand doesn't reach or hold it well. Molly, I am so excited for you to begin the sunflower chart. The fabric you got for it is going to make the colors pop! Both of you ladies' finishes are just lovely. So nice to visit with the two of you today. Thank you so much.
Hello, Virginia. Kathy and her husband moved to El Paso, Tx for his work. My husband and I moved here from Louisiana after such terrible hurricanes. we are retired and love deserts and high elevation..so El Paso was perfect. But even better, we moved right next door to Kathy. Couldn't ask for a better neighbor and friend AND fellow crafter! Thanks for watching!
Kathy, I would just keep your frame a house and not paint it! After all, a barn needs a house for the farmers to live in! I like it just the way it is! Great episode, I always enjoy seeing your stitching! Molly, I love the America by Blackbird! It is one of the charts on my long “to do” list! Happy 4th y’all! Please don’t rush the fall as summer has just started! i am sure you must feel like you are in an oven in Texas, and look forward to fall being a bit cooler in TX.
Carol, I like your idea of keeping the house...can't wait to see what Kathy decides. I could actually hear her wheels turning...lol. Happy 4th to you and yours! hugs, Molly D
Went to Kitten Stitcher site just now. Her dad passed away June 29th and the shop is closed until further notice. She says she mailed over 160 orders before she left for South Carolina. Please send condolences 😢.
Miss Nancy from Romper Room held up her magic mirror (a hoop with no mirror) and said “romper, bomper, stomper boo….tell me, tell me, tell me do” and say a child’s name! Geez….and I can’t remember what I had for dinner last night 😂
lolololololo.... I don't remember seeing Romper Room, but I am so with you on not remembering what I had for dinner. I tease...I can't remember what I'm wearing unless I look down...teeheehee. Thanks for watching, Elisa and the great comment!
Hi Friends.....so good to see you this Friday Morning. I was able to have coffee stitch and enjoy your company. Molly I am so glad you liked your Fabric. Your reaction warmed my heart. I think the 3 of us need a meet up 1/2 way between Phoenix and ElPaso for a weekend of stitching sometime. Love you both. Cindy
Cindy, I can't thank you enough for that generous gift. And yes, I would love to meet up ... and 1/2 way sounds great! I'm gonna start looking for a LNS between us. Love you gal... Hugs, Molly D
Hi Molly and Kathy! I am sitting here in my recliner recovering from a broken hip and surgery to repair it, and watching your flosstube just cheers me up and puts a smile on my face! Is it strange that I feel like I'm sitting right there with you in Molly's craft room (if only!). Linen and Scraps is my favorite flosstube of all that I watch. This is my very first comment ever, and I've been watching flosstube for a few years now. I love all the projects you share. Your stitching is so gorgeous, you make me want to stitch it all. I went to ebay and ordered the magazine with the sunflower sampler in it. I had to have it, can't wait to stitch it as well. I wonder how many other stitchers you have "inspired" to purchase that magazine! Hahaha If only I could find the book! I hope you both have a great couple of weeks till we see you again. Stay cool with the AC. I used to live in coastal NC where it would get that hot for a couple of weeks too, and the humidity was just awful. Now I live in the mountains of Western NC. Love the higher elevation. Hugs from the best friend you didn't know you had in NC...Lynda
Hello, Lynda. Sure hoping you surgery recovery is going great. Sorry you had to go thru that. Thank you so much for spending time with Kathy and me. And for the wonderful comment! And like you, I don't comment much on other flosstubes...but man oh man, do I hit pause and hit add to cart for all the great things they show. That's how I found the beautiful Sunflower chart. Just starting on it now, and wow are all those colors beautiful . Thanks again for watching! Here's to a speedy and full recovery, hugs, Molly D
I love you two. I save your video for a quiet time where I can have a cup of coffee and watch without interruption. Molly, what size are the zippered pouches you use?
I get them on Amazon and they are 13" wide by 9.5 tall. I am so happy using them...I know a lot of ladies love their beautiful project bags...but I love the size and that I can see thru them. Thanks for watching, hugs, Molly D
What a wonderful video again ladies!! So love all your projects!!! Thanks for sharing with us! Take care!
Love watching you guys so much!! You are so blessed to have each other!❤
Thanks for the visit with all the stitchy things. Love it,

Thanks Kathy and Molly for your patriotic episode! Loved America by Calico Confectionery and ordered right away. Finished it for the 4th!
Wow, I bet it's gorgeous. Kathy has the most wonderful collection of charts. And her finished pieces are museum worthy. Take care, and thanks for watching!

Oh, great idea, Kim. I am just starting on the Ole' Crow Saltbox now. She has so many wonderful patterns. Thanks for watching and the great idea!
Molly, I feel exactly the same way…. Once I become ‘obligated’….. it turns into a ‘job’ for me.
I know, right... thanks for watching...hugs, Molly D
I like the house/barn on the frame as is.
Hello, Robin...I did dunk some blue dmc in coffee and loved how it turned out! Thanks for the great idea! hugs, Molly D
What about getting some wooden stars, painting them and then prim them up for the top of your frame maybe layer them? Thanks for another great video.
So fun to learn you’re in El Paso 😊 I’m a Fabens girl ….
Yay...so close...now about that name...gourmettexas...sounds wonderful!!!
Romper Room, Miss Molly!
Thanks...I didn't watch Romper Room as a kid...but boy did I watch Captain Kangaroo and Cowboy John...teeheehee. Might be telling my age here...
You two are a hoot! Thanks for bringing joy into my happy space. Blessings and take care.
Our pleasure! Truly our pleasure to visit with ya! And many blessings to you and yours.
Made my day to get on RUclips and find a Flosstube by ya'll. Love watching you and see what is happening in your corner of the world.
Thank you so much!
Another Happy Hour with you two! Always a pleasure.
A question about the Sunflower Sampler. Cathy mentioned it was in a book as well as the magazine. Please share the designer name and the book info if you can. Try to keep cool down there.
Lindy in Michigan 🙂🌷
Molly, don’t doubt yourself, I think you do wonderful work. You think things out and the end results are beautiful.
Thank you so much, Janice.
Your projects are always so beautiful to see, ladies, and your finishes are spectacular. Thank you for sharing another wonderful video.
Thank you so much!
Glad you liked it!! Now I have to look up old Romper Room videos...lol. Happy 4th to you and yours!
Fun as always.
I have the medium size eyeball pincushion from Schmaltzy Craftsy. I opted for the blueyed non bloodshot one. It sits here on the table next to my stitchy chair. Amazing needlework
This is Jen from SchmaltzyCraftsy, I'm glad you love my pincushion
I love summer but not when it’s in the 100’s. Fortunately for me we don’t get very many days when it’s in the 100’s where I live. Love the stitching! Love you two! You both always bring a smile to my face when I see you put up a new flosstube!
Thank you, Cindy!
Lovely episode again!!! Thank you so much again for stitching Miss Ada 😍 The store is still open until the 7th of July 😍
Wonderful!
I was able to purchase Stars and Stripes too. I enjoy Patriotic charts
Thank you for another great video
Thank you for keeping me company while I stitched this morning! Molly, where did you live in Louisiana? I graduated from high school in Lake Charles in 1969. Miss all the good food.
Hello, Sara! We lived in Lake Charles for 40 ish years....I grew up in East Tx. And I sure do miss that good food too! I almost cried when I realized no store in El Paso had a cajun section...lol. Thanks so much for watching! Have a great 4th.
@@linenandscraps4821 I lived there from 1963-1972. I graduated from Lake Charles High as I said in 1969. Is it possible our paths ever crossed?
@@SarahsStitchySpot I didn't move to LC til after 1976...drat...so close...
@@linenandscraps4821 ❤️❤️
Oh thank you! And I am so so sorry to hear of her loss of her father. Hugs, Molly D
Molly, I think you are a real treasure. Your sweet personality comes through. I am mostly a primitive or reproduction sampler stitcher, but I really like what you do. Your stitching is top notch.
I find myself falling in love with primitive and some samplers more and more each day. Thank you so much for watching and the wonderful comment.
I enjoy your floss tube! You ladies work well together.
Thank you! 😊
Lots of good stuff! The beehive was so wonderful and that stitchey kindness fabric was beautiful!
Yes it was! I was overwhelmed. Thank you so much for watching. hugs, Molly D
Wasn’t it Romper Room?
Romper Room was what I was yelling. 😊
Yes, it was Romper Room!!
That’s what I was thinking.
The Wicked Queen in Snow White said ‘Mirror, mirror on the wall…’ gazing into a mirror. Romper Room was the ‘Romper, stomper, bomper…who do I see’ gazing in her hand held looking glass! I was the Miss Nancy era I think.
lololol...thanks!
Thank you Molly and Kate
I enjoy watching your channel
Looking forward for your next video
Hi
Molly,
Teresa is out of stock on Stars and Stripes, she will restock, I am sure.
Great video
Happy Forth🇺🇸
I am definitely going to check that out. I loved that pattern. Happy 4th to you and yours!
You can get no glare glass.
Who makes the Bay Leaf colored thread used on the Knee High pattern, Kathy? Thanks much!
GAST….
