Hi I'm new to your channel, I love the tag tip in attached with fabric and the envelope tip in. Sewing element on pages look great. I just love your ideas book, that's a great way to keep a record of all your creations, never thought of this idea, love it.
Im new to j journal. Glad to know that what ive been doing has a name. Thought i was cleverly attaching things i forgot to incl in my signatures😂 Loved the video🎉
Love your ideas! I’m definitely going to be giving them a try. I want to share, when I am trying to tie something like your two pieces of ribbon through the eyelets at the top of the page, I put a pencil or something across the top then tie the string/ribbon through the eyelets and around the pencil. After all are tied, I slip the pencil out, leaving the loops all the same size. Thank you!
Get ones with washers if you want a neater eyelet, don't try the smaller size, also try changing up the bottom cube as you may not have the top cube set to the correct bottom cube.
@@MadPaperCrush You're welcome. I like to pass on things I learned to others so that they won't have the same issues or will now know how to correct the issue.
I learned on another video that there is a hole in the top that you use to see where it is going to punch for sighting. Not sure as I don't have one yet, it's coming at Christmas however I like my tools well in advance of their arrivals is possible. lol
I am a newbie by way of decorative planning/ with many12x12 paper pads/ possible retirement . So these tips r really a good start for my JJ venture . TFS❤❤❤
Excellent video! Wow, what a bonanza of 6 different styles of tip-ins! Thank you so much, it’s relatively short & concise & you really stay on topic! This is a video I will come back to refresh my memory! I have liked & subscribed! Erica❤
Your teaching style, is sure "up my alley"! I am a visually kinetic learner, and I understood your flow. A lot of times, I will watch someone, and get lost or lose interest quickly. Not with you! Thank you so much!
Yes, I do! That's my Idea book, and I have a playlist that shows how I made it start to finish. You can see it here: ruclips.net/p/PLUz1coAoMKoYRSJYKWFpPpwtS-HeZNR50
Are your papers all the same size? If they are, use bulldog or fold back clips to hold the papers together once aligned, then use a 3 hole pamphlet stitch to see them together (or your sewing machine if it isn’t too thick)
Hi Mona! You could use paper clips or sewing clips to keep things together until you are ready to add the flip (tabs, fabric tabs and even for sewing). Those would probably work best if your paper edges are aligned on top of each other. If you need to align them side-by-side, you could use a little piece of washi tape to keep them lined up until you were ready to add your tip-in hinge or other technique. Hope that helps!

Still a clever idea.
What a great idea about the grid mat and washi tape! I never thought of it, and I usually end up putting mine on crooked. Thanks!

You could also use a bigger jump-ring on the "bird" library card for a hinge too👍😉🤗 Love your ideas Sharon ❤❤❤
Great idea! That would be a fun addition. Thanks, Deborah!
Wow! This was so well explained! Thank you! Your tip-in examples are wonderful!

These are amazing. I love the fabric washi idea. I have to much fabric from quilting. It gets me to use up some pieces. Thank you.

The hardest part for me is getting the initial papers all aligned. Any suggestions?

Very heipful
Glad you think so!
What is the glue in the bottle that I can see part of the wording says in 1?
It's Beacon 3 in 1 glue. 😊
Wondering if U also have suggestions for all the different tags. ❤
Hi Gloria - do you mean a tutorial on different types of tags?
What is the big metal clip at/around 31:00 called that is on the upper right of the journal?
These are called Bulldog clips (I have these: amzn.to/3x1tFlU), and this one is a 3 inch size.
