hey mario kart wii casual player here but what do "picks" in the top left hand Conner at the start of a race mean and why would you want to get the lower placements (if that's what that means) :) keep up the great content man

i think theyd try to get lower placements to get items like blueshells, shocks etc to help out the team, like say one teammate has star and other is at the back w a shock, one uses star and then other shocks and bam easy win

@@XGh0sT77im curious to get your opinion on this. I used to play comp back in 2009/2010 and this wasn’t even considered back then. Tbh I’d prefer to see all 5 players moving forward and leave it up to RNG for whoever is in 9th/10th. Im not a big fan of seeing two baggers. What do you think?

@@AmericanBoyInRussia I have mixed feelings about it, it would be funnier to see how chaotic it would be with everybody going forward; I’m not sure what the difference would be, but there’s gotta be some sort of real benefit from bagging if all the top teams are doing the 2 bagger strategy
