Some history behind it. Our fam came from France originally. Called hardy/lardi. But moved to Leiden/leyden in the early 1600th era. Some got to Australia & the UK. Our surnames changed through the decades. It was the moment of the French Revolution and trading era . Original place of my origin; Valenciennes. Always being the type,using their hands&effort to build a better life for themselves & others. Sadly , the latest gen. forgot the roots , but i didnt. That's why im glad my grandfather made this statue. He knew the importance. Im proud to be a part of that side. Humble & honest. Still trying to live my life the same way they did. Not easy these days tbh 😅..
@@ACwebseries just checked it( Outside) ,these days its a windmill.. sadly ,my Grand ,grand fathers work,isnt on display anymore.. .. but knowing the history behind it and saw it myself,im glad that he made his mark. Im truly am. Nobody cant take that away from me.😉
