I absolutely love gargoyles! I got 3 pair of the ansi classics exactly like Dale Earnhardt's with the mirrored lens. The recent 3rd one I bought recently are brand new never worn from the 80s with the brown mirrored lens with 22k gold plated and still has the sticker on the lens still. Also have 2 legacy models like Dale's that he wore the final 2 years of his life. Both fit amazing and are very comfortable.

@@coldzombie8025 Just today an auction for those sunglasses ended. Unfortunately a guy bid seconds before the auction ended. Do you know someone who sells the first or second generation? I would not like to buy the ones that are currently taken out, I don't know how fragile they are
The actual color of the lenses are labeled as lunar grey. They are greyish greenish. You can see the box through the lenses and because of lightning they kinda look brown yes.

Where did you get them. I can’t find any on any website not even eBay with the box and the same bridge piece.

Got mine on eBay.com You have to look out for them. Sometimes they appear. Just saw one pretty recently.

They look brown right?
