Hi Jenilee, I love the graphics you are using for finished objects and works in progress. So, so pretty! Your blanket for your mom is just beautiful. I found some Mandala in my stash too & started a Malt blanket by TIn Can Knits for my granddaughter. The colors of that yarn are just amazing. Thank you for sharing all your makes!
I think it’s a lovely idea for you to give that beautiful blanket to your mum for her birthday, 2 of my sons have a December 1st birthday, and when they were children, we always made sure there was a week after their birthday, before we started any Christmas celebrations. Jinny - UK
My yarn boss Karista recently ran into the gal from Blackbird Sycamore yarn at the Fremont County Fiber Fest. Karista picked up a nice variety of her yarns to sell in her store Wyoming Yarn in Cody. I got to pick out a hank to try and I chose Blood of My Enemies....Blackbird Sycamore really has a nice colorway selection. Can't wait to see how it knits/crochets up....still not sure what project I will make yet! I just started a camo/blaze orange Musselburgh beanie for a friend's toddler....fun little hat so far!!
Uptown Tee looks great! I was having trouble with a curling hem on a tee, and I saw project notes on Ravelry about using linen tape to add some weight to the fabric. I have not looked into how that would work, but thought I would share. Love the colors in the Painted Hills Felici.
Love that your mom made sure to celebrate her birthday before Christmas. My daughter's birthday is also in December and we always make sure we make her birthday a celebration and not crowded out by the season as well! (She already complains she has to wait through everyone else's birthday anyway just to get to hers. 😂) ❤❤❤
She said growing up half the time she got presents wrapped in Christmas paper for her birthday. It felt like her birthday was an after thought. So we didn’t do Christmas until after her birthday.
The T-shirt is absolutely gorgeous. I wasn’t too sure about the lacy sleeves, but they add a wonderful accent. I go to Rock Springs every time I camp with my Colorado camping group and we’re heading for the Bridger Teton national Forest. I am definitely going to stop and look up this yarn store. Great video.
Love all the colors of the felici socks you are knitting. Wish they still sold it. I am going to have to get some of that green yarn for my youngest one. I am sitting here almost finished knitting my first scrappy shawl (Little Meg Shawl on Ravelry). Hope like it when it's done with all it's many colors:)
