After my first serious girlfriend and I broke up, I confided my feelings to my ex and told her that I missed her. She shared that info with her friends and they publicly mocked me with it. To all that went wrong with me that time, the bad feeling of having made my wife feel miserable was added. I sat there alone at the breakfast table, crying in silence for 15 minutes without eating anything before I got up and left for work. After that I went back to telling my wife that everything's okay all the time. I'd rather walk through hell on my own than having to drag someone through there with me, and I know that most men would agree with me there. If you want to help your man, just walk over to him, give him a hug and a kiss from time to time and tell him that you're appreciating what he does for you in a way that he can feel that you mean it. Give him peace. If you're addressing something that you don't like about your relationship, do it in a positive and calm manner. Instead of, "Why is it always me who has to do the laundry?", say, "Sweetheart, I'm a little bit stressed out lately, would you mind doing the laundry for me from now on?" and you'll experience wonders. Just give him the feeling that you love having him arround you. That's what gives us the strength and motivation to move through the fire each and every day. That and beer. Beer is good as well.
