Since everyone goes at the same time, there is a queue in the bakery, but also outside. So it would be quite easy to make a video, showing people queuing outside, even in cold weather and to comment by saying "The French are starving and are forced to queue, in the cold, just to buy bread". Honestly thats a much bigger selection than anything i have seen in any US supermarkets. I however prefer to support local small business owners and buy my meat and coffee from the local specialized shops. The quality is much better and the prices are about the same as the supermarket. Inflation is high right now. But not any higher than in the West. And they aren't under sanctions. The growth rate of the economy this year with sanctions is almost 4%. Most of the EU economies are in recession. And today the Germans asked the public to save on energy. Because without the cheap Russian energy that they themselves cut off,they are finding it hard to afford to get it.
