Thank you, Father, for all your ideas on how to keep holy the Lord's Day during thie period whan all masses have been suspended. Ftom the Philippines, God bless you!
Thank you Father ❤ this was a Godsend. So happy to find your video this evening. Everything you shared about participating in the Mass via internet was perfect!! Your advice about spending time in the parking lot during these times of our church closures brought tears to my eyes. I'm going to send this right over to our Pastor at St.Therese in Alhambra, CA. Sending you a spiritual hug!! God bless your heart and soul, and thank you again! 🙏💝🙏
Thank you Father Meyers ,from Long Island. May the Peace of Christ be with us ,we ask of these Grace's thru the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Boy, do I need them
Thank you, Father, all the way from Rome. We need our Pastors to take the time to do this and explain to the faithful how they should still keep the Sabbath, instead of simply dismissing the flock from the obligation and leaving it unattended. Many people, if not most, take this as a "vacation" from spiritual matters. It hurts that our leaders just let them believe so, endangering their already fragile souls to the extreme. The Pastors need to tend to those in particular, give them clear guidelines, call them to action, to explicit acts of worship. We need a far more ardent charity and a far more intense desire for Communion than ever before. Maybe this is when what is lukewarm in us will be set on fire.
God bless you Father for all you do. Although I am no longer in your parish, I still pray for you. Thank you for your wise words. We will get through this. Our faith will be strong.
Thank you SO MUCH for what you do. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why more priests aren’t reaching out like this in such a time of need. Now is not the time to be quiet.
Fr. Jonathan. I'm in New York. I've been following your homilies for about a year. Thank you for posting this video. May God continue to Bless and Protect you and all of your parish families. Know that New York is praying for you and all of God's Church.
Thank you Fr Jonathan Meyer! I am watching you from the Detroit area; you have given such great advise and suggestions. We watched the Archbishop of Detroit say Holy Mass on tv this past Sunday. It felt very weird and I think we didn’t know quite what to do- should we stand and kneel and sit? We just sat on the couch, although I did say the responses and my husband finally joined in. I think this coming weekend I will set out kitchen chairs and we will sit and watch you say Mass and participate as much as we can. Thank you for your explanation and encouragement of how we should do this. God bless you Father! (PS if we ever will be in the Indianapolis area, I will for sure look you up to come pray with your parish people at Mass!)
Fr. Meyer, Thank you for how to set up a sanctuary. I have been in since Friday and watching Mass on EWTN. But I sensed something was missing. I set up my sanctuary last night and was there for Adoration and Mass today. Thank you and God Bless You!
Time to read your Bible! Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye have trusted, after that ye ye heard the word of truth(Bible) The gospel of your salvation: in whom also after ye believed, ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise.
