I had a Quonset hut made of steel with no insulation when I checked in. Just imagine how fieldday will be with those burners and light colors…..
These new boots got a lot of luxury these days

I used to live in these barracks on Ft Campbell. They kicked us out and gave us BAH while they renovated them its legit
Lol. When I first went in it was 3 man rooms😂. After a few years no more barracks but off post for ever😅, nice to be married.

We had one room with 2 lockers and 2 beds.
This should help recruiting. In the 1990’s my barracks in Germany were awesome but Fort Carson CONUS sucked. Anyone not in the army go for it. Serve this great nation and become somebody!

They have these barracks while I'm still stuck not having any kitchen appliances. I got a fridge and a micro wave. I'm limited to frozen food. I don't even have my own room. I share a 300sq ft room with another soldier. We share half that. My 1SG has lived in the same barracks as us, as a lower inlisted soldier. I wish all soldiers no matter what branch could experience the same type of living as seen in this video.
crazy how 101st gets those nicer barracks where majority of other barracks at other instillations are bad and outdated. now we know that the army has favorites and leaving the rest to the soldiers with the scraps
