In Australia the policy, supported by both poliical parties, is no asylum seeker/ illegal immigrant arriving by boat will.ever be given the right to stay. They are immediately flown out of the country to Nauru, or wherever. No hotels packed with fighting aged men here. @AuditIreland

if they do not want to use it as a hotel anymore, why not turn it into a care home for the elderly.
Sadly even care homes have been turned in to migrant Accomodation
