Guys...it is worth it for everyone.....if you know how to find and exploit the loopholes. If you're smart, you wait until a free month of Fallout 1st is an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perk, create multiple accounts and subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate get some codes and get your refund. You CAN get up to 3 YEARS of Fallout 1st for free on Xbox.
I'm new to 76. Followed the news of launch and all that. Thought to myself I'd never bother with the game or the subscription. But now I'm about 100 hours in and loving this game. Might grab F1st at least for a month to try it out. Thanks for the breakdown
Another solid benefit of the 1st subscription is the custom worlds. You forgot to mention you can complete the scoreboard challenges in the custom worlds. It makes alot of the mire mundane challenges much easier...
Yup! The only Challenge that can’t be done in Fallout Worlds is the Under Rank 100 repeatable. I’ve got a ‘Rampage’-themed Custom World that is basically ‘God Mode’. It makes the harder Daily Ops fast & easy, even solo.
@@Mono_212 When you can be invulnerable and do x10 damage to all enemies, clearing out any Daily Ops is child’s play. For Uplink, I can just go to the first zone, go afk and grab a sandwich. By the time I come back, the meter is almost full. Head to the next one and go afk again. Even better with an infinite ammo Tesla I can just hold down the trigger and clear out the last group and the boss without even looking. Free crafting means all of those types of challenges are done super fast. And so on.
its worth it because if you want to have a big camp, keep weapons and armor in tip top shape, you need the unlimited scrap box, i don't use anything else in 1st but the scrap box.
honestly, 1st is worth from time to times. If you're new player > It's sure worth! If you love to farm junks for use in long term > It's sure worth! Should have waited until after the largest update we've ever seen to drop in a few weeks here. Kinda jumped the gun on this "2022 review" as the year isn't over yet. However, I will say the game is worth it. Hell I've been on the Xbox version since day 1 because I actually liked it even then. Still do and now I spend time trading and collecting weapons. All in all, the game is fun with friends. When I'm alone I get my farming done so I can get myself and some friend kitted for when we play.
I don't think you watched the video, this wasn't a review or anything it was letting people know if getting Fallout 1st was worth it. But yeah you're not wrong the game is worth playing :)
This isn’t a ‘2022 Review of Fallout 76’. This is a ‘Review of FO1st Value in 2022’. I haven’t heard of any FO1st updates planned for the rest of the year, so this should probably still stand as valid the rest of the year. Or perhaps he’ll do an update if there are new FO1st additions.
Once the sub expires you can still access and pull items out of your Scrapbox but you cant put anything in it. You will still be able to craft and use the ranger armor, and any other skins and C.A.M.P items you get from the sub. As for the tent, your memebership must be active to use it.
The robodog is in the camp build mode where you pick the collectron, it's a varient of it. You should have been able to keep the ranger armor though :o
Thanks for answering my question I been stuck for 2 days. So thanks for that to. I'm going to look for ranger armor now. I still can put down fallout 1st storage but can't use it. I only had it one month. I started a little before the Halloween event last year. Played a few months and quite until a few weeks ago. My camp kept disappearing and I stayed overweight got a little frustrated and took a break. Lol
No. It’s not. Let’s stop buying bs like this so they stop doing it. I have to pay to play solo? I would rather pay 60 or 70 bucks for the game than to do this bs.
You can play solo. But others will be "in the world" with you. However all the missions and quests are done solo if you like. I can play for hours and hardly cross another player even in passing except maybe at my camp if they pop in to buy something. I too thought players would be all over the map interfering with my game but it's not like that at all. Even if you pay for the game you are playing on a "public" server. But its not crowded. It's only $10-$20 for the game and if inclined well worth it imo. Its a ton of content for that price and all the fun stuff is absolutely free via player vendors and in game economy of its own. Weapons, materials to build your camp...its all free. Yes you can buy extras and more aesthetic content but you don't have to and you'll still get A LOT from the game. After two and a half months of playing I'm trying FO 1st now. I wouldn't recommend getting it from the jump. After getting to a certain point in the game a person will know if its for them. But you don't need it to play solo or get maximum enjoyment from the game.

The ammo box works like the scrap box but for ammo. Also a nice add to it.

This is very true and just a recent addition to the custom worlds aswel!
Oh damn, I didn't know custom worlds counted towards the scoreboard. Gonna have the new one done in two days now 😂

I haven’t seen anything here worth paying anything additional than the base game price….. seriously not even $5 a month makes any of this worth it
Fallout 1st, $7 much better
love your vids, subbed!
Love you!!!
Ive bought fallout 1st but cant find any of the armour in game after claiming it in the shop
You make it at armor bench. But since this is a month ago you probs already found out.
