We’re featuring every Nancy & Lee duet from 1966-1976 in the order they were recorded. The duo’s fifth recorded duet was “Some Velvet Morning.”
Originally filmed and recorded for Nancy’s Emmy-winning 1967 television special Movin’ With Nancy, and companion soundtrack, it was later included on the 1968 Nancy & Lee duet album and the 2021 Light In The Attic Records compilation, Start Walkin’ 1965-1976.
Did you know that “Some Velvet Morning” was named best duet by The Daily Telegraph in 2003?
