Dope video friend. Top notch explanation.

Your video helped me understand what to do. One of the bolts came off with no probs, but the other is practically welded and won't budge. I've tried the usual, deep penetrant sprays and propane torch back and forth for a week or so and it's not coming out. So, my last resort is to just cut off the bolt and replace it. I've never cut off a bolt like that, so I'm a bit skiddish and fear making a mistake that might require a welder to reattach the bracket. If I cut the bolt head off, will it just come out? Advice?

Have you tried a breaker bar with a cheater bar first, if you remove the bolt head I think you'll still have issues removing the rest of the bolt since it's seized in there
