Those crazy dives and reflex saves are honestly super cool to watch, but when are you ever going to have to save a ball while you’re doing a push-up around your body and behind the back looool. Some of that stuff is just quite strange but all in all, some cool stuff in there.
It’s supposed to quicken reflexes and reaction time
It actually worked for me I did some goalie training from a D lisence goal keeper he did some of these drills helped me a lot
