I’ve had that same experience with a real estate agent who said I hadn’t cleaned the unit well enough when they came for my final inspection, even though my girlfriend and I cleaned it from top to bottom. They also said I broke the glass in the oven door which was about 12 years old, even though it cracked because the dampening didn’t work when the door closed. So it would always slam shut really fast if you didn’t hold it all the time when you opened it. Which eventually caused it to crack. I reported it to them at every inspection from about 2 years prior the final inspection. So not only did they not fix it, they claimed I never told them about the broken glass in any of those inspections.
