I am a 11th std student and after listening to the part about students I agree with the point that India does not have enough courses (or any tbh)... To prove the point after my 10th I really wanted to do something in psychology and I had almost convinced my parents about it but then when I actually went to look for college who offered psychology as a major there were almost non. either I had to leave India if I wanted to psychology or take up something else. well nobody (neither me) was ready to move out so everyone finally convinced me to take up Science cuz if I take science I'll have some options and get some time to figure out what I want to do. But now I have ended up taking an integrated course and am studying to crack iit..... I my life I have never had bad grades. I was always the good student getting good grades or at least decent grades... From the time I have entered 11th my grades have fallen down so bad that I can't face my mom n dad. But nothing in this world is motivating me to study. I literally take my phone and just look at the screen. I am not motivated to do ANYTHING I don't want to even move, I don't want to think. Whenever my parents ask me what's the problem I know exactly what the problem is but how will I tell them... So conclusion of this long rant is if we had more courses if I had found the right college then may be I would have been doing something different and would not have been in this mental state....

Hey !some of the best colleges in Delhi University offer undergrad courses in psychology, one of them being Lady Shri Ram College. For further studies you can look into Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Hope this helps. :)

This is so freaky! I had just watched Queen's of Comedy and I thought Urooj should've won. This video came up automatically and I was just thinking to find something of Urooj to see whatelse she is doing and suddenly realized I was watching this podcast with her. Certainly love to watch Daniel and Sapan but this was freaky - obviously enjoyed this podcast. I seldom on facebook but when I do go on I realize they are following me. Technology is fun but scary also.
I really loved the first topic you brought up about social media and facebook. The app permission as well which you said there are so many apps that take permission for different things like photos? So they do so for the database no doubt, and you are right, however, they have to be answerable to the committee board with an answer for each reason for the permission. I own a Google phone and it allows me the levy to go ahead and turn off the permissions for each app. But when you open the app, each function of the app is linked to permission, so the app is dysfunction till you give the permission and press allow. I kind of dont get why there is an option for "Deny". Social Media and the Internet has truly taken over us with us in the driver seat itself. Cheers.

To add to Sapan's answer, I think Facebook should start listening to people trying to commit suicide and start posting stuff on their newsfeed to let them know life is much more than they think. I think we can all allow Facebook to record stuff if it's for noble reasons :D
