You played good but to make it better you need to use chord inversion to give the chord progressions more colour like the original song. Doesn't matter how good your skill is if you don't have the right or good tools you can only make things good not great. So a customized music style will sound better than a generic style, a great keyboard will sound better than a decent one. By the way I also used to play guitar before switching to keyboard and I have been playing keyboard since 1990. A person good at playing piano doesn't mean he/she can play well on keyboard like the Yamaha keyboard. You need to have the skills of controlling all the functions (multitasking) and it does take lots of time to become fast and accurate. Every time I press a function button on the Tyros I have planned for the timing, not just press it when I feel like it.
