Had a chance to go to The Royal Toronto Conservatory after my last recital from a lady who wanted to pay for a good portion of the cost but our family was flat poor like in happy to have food and shelter. Thanks to help from my daughter and my wife working to make ends meet they got me a Yamaha WC88 stage piano as they understood my passion for music. My wife and I are same age and I have stage 4 COPD and heart issues so getting a part time job is a real hurdle for me but still looking. I’m sure not complaining as I got sole custody of my kids when they were 5 and 10 both doing extremely well and now have great families that help us both in many many ways so God has really blessed me. I try to encourage others to follow their passion and never give up in times of trial. If I help only one person on this walk of life succeed in their passion or lift their spirits and faith then I consider my life a success. Thanks for taking the time to comment. Me too. I was a teenager back then when it came out. When Celine Dion sang it and my daughters started to sing and love it, they were surprised that I reminded them that the original came out in the mid-80s during my teenage years and is better than Celine's cover.
