I would like to give some ideas y/n was a orphan she was adopted by their step parents, they were very happy and have a boy he wants sister for him but later when he group they started to torture her like beating her and all... She is an employee and also she had to pay them too if she didn't they start to beat her. They decided to marry y/n forced marriage and a doctor too she also not have a good diet he was not happy. He have a gf but his parents don't like her so they choose y/n. When they met he already warned her to not do it but she told about her step parents they thought she don't want to marry so her stepmother slapped her. Covered the marks with makeup. They want that deal it will be beneficial for their step parents business and. He noticed she is weak and srugged it off but later he got to know about her situation. Giving cold shoulder. She fainted and all..starting to take care of her....it's up to u author I just gave an idea. 😂but I love ur ff's💜💜
