I own one and love it. Once you tried it in the bush you won't leave without it. I choosed to invest my money on a packroll instead of a large backpack. Field organization is a must when I work at the camp site. I lost so many tools in the snow. I just hate to go on a quest gloves on to find my small knife burried under 30 pounds of tools in my backpack. Now I hang the roll once and I am golden. Thanks for the quality product Canadianpreparedness

Looks like a quality product. The only downside I can see to it is that if you needed something quick from the bottom of the roll you would need to undoll the entire thing.

Thanks for the review, the packroll is a lot simpler and would meet most peoples needs, doesnt quite have the organic feel of the cordura or modularity but welcomes the same abuse!

I have had mine for a couple of months now, just got to go camping this past weekend and my PacRroll was awesome to keep my things organized. I love it and i'm glad I bought it!

Thanks although out of my budget it's an excellent video of what to look for or expect from a bug out roll.

I really like the clear compartments over the others. It's not a deal breaker either way because the Bug out Roll/Pack are both awesome components to a great kit. I have used mine a few times now and it is so nice to have everything together and so well organized. Great review of a great product!

I do love this. Price is a bummer though. I’d buy three if they were like 30 bucks.

pretty cool...I think I'd cross clip the last 2 buckles, so their's no chance of them slipping off the ends...

I like this one better. I haven’t purchased one yet and after seeing this video I’m going to get this one. I probably wouldn’t separate the sections. I also like seeing everything. Great video.

Expensive and unpractical as a bug out bag should be on your back to keep your hands free in case of emergency. As the thing rolls there`s lots of air space that makes it bulky.

This pack is a great product! I like how you packed yours with a wide variety of kit items.

How much did your packed roll weigh? Some of that stuff seems really heavy, and if I’m on foot I don’t want a 60+lb pack when you also have guns and ammo.

James Nolen I never weighed it but around 10lbs i’m guessing. Not meant for when on foot.

Both rolls are built solid. Nice load out and review.

Why not just use a toiletry type one that hangs on a door. Probably a lot cheaper. Don't think I would want to hike that on my back more then 100yds I'll stick with a day pack.

David Mayle you answered your own question. A lot cheaper.

You can build one at home easily for one third of the price. It's a way to over priced gimik. When you have to point out all the "high quality" zippers parts to the bag. You are simply trying to justify the over priced nature of the item.
