Automobili Lamborghini and The Italian Sea Group present the worldwide premiere of ‘Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63’, the Tecnomar fleet’s new motor yacht available in a limited edition in reference to Lamborghini’s 1963 foundation.
This motor yacht, developed by The Italian Sea Group, started with several collaborative sessions with the contribution of Lamborghini’s Centro Stile and inspiration from the hybrid super sports car Lamborghini Sián FKP 37.

Well...good news ! You don't need to buy a 'new' boat that costs so much. Go back to the 1990's and get something under 30 feet, on a trailer, single engine, with a cabin. Take you time and put in the sweat equity to bring it up to lux status. Get ice cubes and enjoy your weekends. Save up about $10-15k - no joke that's enough to do it.

An absolutely stunning piece of design. The combination of aesthetics, functionality and pure sportiness sets a high bar for others to follow. This boat has the WOW factor. I always thought that if I was ever able I would get the RIVA 88 but I must now rethink my decision 😃

So beautiful! The math on the cost to run: 10 liters per mile, at roughly $1 per liter, gets you just $10 /mile. Cruising at 25 mph, that's $250/hr. So if you go out with friends, cruising for 1 hour away, another hour hopping around (when you're not docked or anchored) then another hour back, you're looking at about $750 for the day. This is why you need to not only have the income to buy such a boat, you need to have some good passive income so you can afford to take it out of the dock.

Depreciation and service cost will be brutal. Gas cost is a rounding error.

And that's not counting maintenance and upkeep for this thing..... As far as fuel consumption, it's actually rather frugal as such things go, since it's so light for its size, and has a hull which can stay at it's fast cruise speed into meaningful seas.
And then there's the fact that it requires less paid crew/upkeep time than many other similarly priced boats. That's a bit of a pet peeve of mine: Once beyond 35-45 foot, I bet many, even most, yacht owners would be better off getting as "little" boat for their money as they can. While this is no effortless runabout either, it's not nearly the project to take out, and put away, that a gigantic as-much-boat-as-possible-for-$5mill is. So many of the yachts who impress with their spacious accommodations at boat shows and in pictures; end up sitting at the dock, because they're just too much work for anyone who don't also want to pay for permanent crew to use. While with this one, you instead pay for the speed to get twice as far in the same weekend's time, while burning less fuel and spending less time both getting it ready and putting it back. The larger boats are great for more extended cruising, and staying aboard for longer trips and vacations. But while undeniably romantic, unless such a programme is realistic, I'd suggest instead looking at boats better optimised for what they will realistically be used for.

And in a decent sea...... In a borderline stupid-light (for a 63 footer) carbon hull...... And supposedly effortlessly and with minimal risk, even for a non pro...... That's some amazing hydrodynamic design. An offshore racer for the "masses" (all 63 of them with $5mill to spare for an expensive to run Sumer toy...)
