It's get brought up a couple times.
They also change the number many times throughout the series. It starts off as 1024 cherry Street in the pilot and now its 123 cherry street
They said it back in the gun episode back in the early days.

I love how Stan's character has changed from mister straight laced anti-drugs conservative to actively partaking and enjoying cocaine with his family and neighbors lol 😂

Yeah now that you mention it thats totally right, I think it would be interesting to look at how the show slowly changed from when it dropped politics to now
Probably because he's accidentally done drugs on so many occasions by this point he figures "f**k it, i'm in too deep now". That and he's in his mid 40's so it's time to live a little before senility rolls around.

Roger being a kite is one of the best gags this show has had in a long time and I can't even begin to explain why
its so mundane but the jokes are hilarious… just imagine pretending to be an inanimate object 💀

Weed is also used because its the most benign drug you can show on certain shows. Like in Close Enough, it wouldn't sit well with the vibe of the show if the mom did shrooms or heroin.

She did that in another recent AD episode where she remembered what Roger was talking about but it might have been telepathy. Lol.

That would make for an amazing episode honestly. I like Family Guy a lot but I think that American Dad is a better show that has focused more on gradual character development and growth as opposed to dozens of quip-jokes and current-for-the-time jabs
Similarly random show as FG, but it feels more thought out with some actual nuance from time to time
That's why I prefer American Dad but people have just as much a right to like both.

In your opinion. Tbh, I can't decide if I think American Dad is better than Family Guy but AD is still the only one of the two shows I enjoy. People can still watch FG too. Also, American Dad is more underrated and people hating on it makes me like the show even more.

I just notice in American dad, there not weirded out by a talking fish , klaus, but they are weirded out by Roger the alien
people in the AD universe are used to talking animals. The cia has put multiple peoples minds into animals, Haliburton turn people into birds, and it exists in the same universe as family guy and the Cleveland show, both of which had talking animals that everyone is not wierded out by.
Taking down the door to my house, the front door is Pacific life. It is really hard to open, and I have had to bodyslamming to open.

Despite having such lackluster episodes like Roger strapped to a Kite, Steve singing everything he see's and a few others, AD isn't as bad as before, I'm glad they're finally getting back to what makes this show both crazy and great. :)

It's called Don't you be my neighbor. I personally find the coke episode from season 5 to be a bit funnier but this one is also pretty good especially the ending
